Chapter 6

This was it.

The moment I've been waiting to see for years..

My parents weren't home yet but they text about 2 hours ago that their leavening my aunts house so they should be here soon right?

It's only a quarter past seven..

I had been into town with Harry and bought a dress that I had just enough money for..

It was perfect but it wasn't the dress I was worried about. It was George.

I strolled over to my wardrobe and swung open the doors, reaching in and grabbing my little black dress...

I held it over my body and looked around in the mirror. Sighing at my reflection.

I wasn't the most perfect girl in the world but all I wanted was to be perfect for George.

One hour later my parents arrived home..it was nearly half eight!

I had been ready for ages but they were just taking their time, unaware of the time...

I couldn't take it any longer so I ran into their room to find my mum dressing Harry in his little suit and my dad fixing his tie in the mirror...

I folded my arms and leaned against the door frame,

"Can you hurry it up a little please? We're already late!"

My mum sighed back at me "(yourname)! Calm down! We will be ready soon ok?"

"No mum that's not ok! We have to be there really soon! What if Geo-"

"(Yourname) darling..George will be there all night, don't worry ok! He's waiting to see you!"

I smiled, "he is?.."

She nodded and put Harry on the floor..

I grabbed Harry and hauled him up in my arms, swaying him around!

"Put Harry in the car for us and we will be out in a sec" dad said smiling at me...

I did as I was told & brought Harry out to the car, struggling with the babystraps that I had been trying to manage for a year now...

I eventually got him strapped in but he had start sobbing, I wasn't in the mood for it so I just sat in the back of the car nervously waiting for my parents to drive me to the place where I will meet my..George.
