Untamed Monster

Hux's POV

General Hux was making his way to the conference room where he had been summoned. Apparently Ren had destroyed the comm room (again).

As he walked along the empty corridor, he heard the rustle of robes.

Kylo Ren strode into step along side Hux, giving him the slightest acknowledgement.

They entered the room which was pitch black except for the behemoth of a projection which sat upon an unseen throne.

Snoke

"A Knight of Ren has been accused of being reckless. Unable to control his emotions & such a dysfunction has led to collateral damage upon this ship. What have you to say in defense to such reports?"

Kylo stood silent, then walked closer to the projection.

"Whomever has accused me of such dysfunction is unable himself. I assume only the highest ranked official's concern could have been of any importance."

On the surface Hux seemed collected, inside he was fuming. This untamed monster was suggesting that he was dysfunctional?

"I believe...." continued Kylo "...that this matter is of no imminent concern. There are plenty of other issues to concern ourselves with."

The monster was well spoken & didn't even take out his lightsaber to make his point.

Kylo stepped back & took his place next to Hux, giving him the slightest of nods.

"Leave us Kylo."

Kylo bowed & left the room.

"General Hux, control him. He is a Knight of Ren, but you are the General of the First Order. Do not fail me."

"As you wish."

Hux bowed & left the room

How am I supposed to control the monster?
What am I supposed to do?
Why did he dismiss my complaint to Snoke?

Hux walked into his room, removed his uniform (carefully placing it inside the soiled clothes basket) & took a shower.

How do you tame a destructive monster?
