Chapter 11 : Knockout

Levi's POV

  'Hanji ruined my hypothesis d*mnit! I was so close to finding out if she's hiding something. When she started to fall a small light came from her. Like second instinct. She's a magical and I know it.

  But why hide it?

*knock knock* 

  "Name and Business?" 

  "Petra Ral and I have a letter for you from Commander Erwin."

  "Come in." When she enters, she lays the letter on my desk while I scribble away and watch the training go on in the grounds below.  "Sir? If I may..u-uh, there is something I need to tell you. Well, you see I have..uh gained some-"

  "Personal affairs for me, in other words, you've fallen in love with me over these past few months. Sorry Ral, but I do not return the feelings whatsoever. Now if you excuse me, I have some paperwork to do." 

  "U-uh...yes,sir." She gives a half hearted salute as I dismiss her. When she leaves, I pick up Commander Eyebrow's letter and come to see he'll be at a military meeting for a few days and I'll be in charge. 

  'Great, I get to take care of some stupid, ignorant-' My thoughts were cut off by the door slamming open.

  "What the bloody-"

  "Sir! Cadet Moon is knocked out. She's in the infirmary at the moment!" 

  What? By who? How? I push the cadet out of the way and make my way to the infirmary. Why in the world am I rushing? It's not like she's special, she's just knocked out. But I have this feeling where I'm going out of my mind about her being hurt. I arrive at the infirmary and open the door; I see, (Y/n) peacefully on the bed. Theo and Hanji were by her bedside watching over her peaceful body. 

  "What happened?!"

  "Miss Zoe accidentally knocked her out when she got excited about something." Theo said calmly with a stoic expression. 

  "Of course."

  "Hey! I didn't mean too!  Shorty! I just got excited about the fact that you guys are the cutest couple I've ever seen!" She grins like an idiot while I feel my face burn up a bit. 

  "We aren't a couple!" I was about to insult her more before someone spoke up.

  "Ow, my head...." I turn my head towards (Y/n) to see she's sitting up right on the bed. 

  "You alright brat?" 

  "Uggh...." Her eyes loo like they start to adjust from the bright light. When they do her eyes start to widen at the scene before her. 

  'Her...eyes...their beautiful..what am I thinking?!'

  "Hanji what did you do?! I've got the biggest headache! And like the titans don't do that already." 

  "Sh*tty glasses here thought we were a couple and got overly excited about it."

  "That may be true, but I also got excited about a discovery with Eren. I wanted to talk to her about it, but tried over my own feet and starting stumbling forward causing her to hit her head on the counter. OH I'M SO SORRY (Y/N) I DIDN'T MEAN IT!!" I could see (Y/n)'s face was a bit of faded red, but I brushed it off. Must be the anger building up inside her against Hanji's behavior. I wouldn't blame her. 

  "It's fine Hanji. Just..please be more careful. I don't want to be in the infirmary every time you get excited about something."

  "I'll try my best (Y/n)."

  "Not try, will." I say harshly.
