Chapter 41 : Prison

Your POV

  Hours. Hours have passed. I've sat in this cell, tied down by chains that restrict my chakra. I feel...

Weak...

Idiotic...

Oblivious...

  How did I not see the men coming? I was so worried about Sapphire that my focus was clouded. I hope she's alright. Luna?! What about her?! I almost forgot about her. She probe;y heard the men coming, hide and got help. She must be beating herself up thinking she couldn't have done something. 

  What did Casper mean by my 'mother'? Is she alive? What about my father? Is he alive? Are both of my parents alive? 

  Casper knows the answers to all my questions. There's no way he'll tell me anything I want to know...so how do I get him to tell-

  "Good, you're still awake. I thought you were asleep, shame...I wanted to wake you up."

  "Well, sorry to disappoint."

  "No no no. Its quite pleasant actually. You'll be awake to watch me torture your mother."

  At that time a guard threw a woman to the floor. Her (h/c) tainted and dirty, loss of its natural shine. Her gray eyes have grown dark and without light. Her cloths of a peasant, ripped and torn, as if...if..one of the tortures was of the most worst a woman could bare...

  "(Y/n)?"

  "Mom?"

  Levi's POV

  "Anything yet?"

  "Nothing, sir."

  "D*mn it!" Eren rages.

  "Eren calm down, we'll -"

  "No Armin, if we don't find her soon the battle between her and Casper will begin and she won't be able to stop him."

  "Eren, have faith in (Y/n) and us in finding her." Mikasa says calmly. 

  As they continue to bicker and work I sit silently at my desk in the library. Nightmare and Luna flying around looking for clues and any information that can help us. 

  There has to be an angle for Casper to kidnap (Y/n). It wasn't just for keeping her besides the fact of keeping her until the battle. What is it that he wants (Y/n) to see exactly. His strength? His influence? His abilities?

That's it....

  "You three keep working along with you two." I point to the group and wyverns.

  "I must speak with Mr. Snow."

  "Snow."

  "Yes, please, barge right into my chambers. I'm not doing anything important about finding (Y/n)."

  "What do you know about (Y/n)'s parents?"

  "Well, what do you mean? Why the sudden interest?"

  "Do we really know the real reason Casper kidnapped? What if he didn't want he hurt her when we know that Casper is a psycho. He likes to play games. He has an angle. What if (Y/n)'s parents really didn't get murdered, but captured and were staged murdered."

  "That's ridiculous. I could feel their life force and their chakra leave them."

  "But Casper's chakra could cover that up and make it seem like it did and masked them."

  "That...that is possible. So what do you propose?"

  "That we need we need to find her faster along with Casper."

"STOP IT! STOP IT! "

  Each punch, straight to the face. Her face is bleeding, beaten and bruised. 

  "Now. In just a few hours our battle will begin. For now, I'll do you a favor. Come on, chain her up and lets leave them to bond. Mother and daughter you know. Very delicate this family is." Soon after they leave I fight against my chains, trying to break them knowing full well nothing will happen. 

  "(Y/n) stop, you're only hurting yourself." I do as she says. I feel the burn on my wrists as I look up into my mother's gray orbs.

  "You've been here...this entire time..a.a..slave."

  "Yes. You must have a lot of questions so let's start from the beginning..."

  "We must go, now!"
