It was another Monday and I cracked my one eyes open to the sunlight. I still felt the heaviness of the day, still dreading it even though I'm not a teen anymore. Something about Monday's just did that to everyone, I presume. It had to be past the normal eight-in-the-morning time I normally wake up, which could be due to the fact I stayed up way past midnight being taught how to play Minecraft by all the guys. But I wasn't going to admit that as the reason to anyone.

I groaned and covered my eyes with my hands, balling them up into fists and pushing my head in the pillow. My body was fighting against my brain, my mind wanted to get up and actually do something productive while my body sat like a deadweight among my large pile of sheets.

This scenario was nothing new.

A knock on the door made me jump slightly, the serenity of the early afternoon being broken by whoever stood on the opposite side of the door. I concluded I hated that person, for the time being.

"What?" I groaned loudly, my voice sounding scratchy and unappealing. I cringed at it, clearing my throat slightly while waiting for a reply. Thankfully, in my just-woke-up short patience, I didn't have to wait long.

"You awake, Ty?" Adam's soft voice sounded from the other side, making a grin make its way to my face. His voice has that effect on me, it's like he couldn't make me not smile. Unless you cut off my lips but that's a little too morbid.

"Barely. You can come in, though," I yawned out, rubbing my eyes again and hearing the door open and shut quietly. I looked up into Adam's eyes with a smile, and as he drew nearer, I reached out my hand to touch the skin where his glasses always were.

"Hey," Adam laughed softly, almost like speaking to a baby or a kitten as he let me caress his cheek in my hand.

"Hi," I giggled, I fucking giggled oh my god, as Adam climbed into the bed next to me. My hand dropped from his cheek the second he did, but I didn't have time to miss the contact before he was pulling me to his chest. I sighed happily, closing my eyes as his hands snaked around my waist and mine wrapped around his.

I hoped this would last, the feeling I gained so fast and so strong for Adam. I don't think I or he could bare the thought of losing this relationship.

My eyes closed slightly as Adam hummed an unknown tune, his face in my hair and mine in the junction between his shoulder and arm.

"What do you want to do today?" Adam broke the silence, making me blink my eyes back open to wake back up, begrudgingly.

"Hmm, sleep." I hummed softly, feeling Adam shake in laughter as I buried my head farther away from the light.

"The guys left for the day, they decided they needed a well-deserved arcade trip. Although I have no idea what they did to need it, but I wanted to stay here with you. So we have the house to ourselves." Adam explained softly, a hint of excitement in his voice.

"Adam, are you implying that we should do something naughty?" I pulled back abruptly, my eyes wide as I started up at him. If he meant sex, I might just actually start screaming. We had only been going out for two weeks!

"If you mean try baking again, than yes. What did you think I meant?" Adam laughed, looking at me in confusion. Of course, that's what he meant. God, Ty, head out of the gutter.

"N-Nothing! That sounds like a great idea! Let's do that!" I exclaimed quickly, pulling away from him and getting out of the bed. My cheeks felt like they were on fire as Adam chuckled, grabbing onto my wrist to stop me from going to get changed out of my plaid sleep pants.

"Though I would love to do the other naughty thing with you." Adam smirked, making me blush harder.

"Fuck off." I hissed, carefully getting out of his grip and practically running out of the room. Fuck Adam and his adorable way of being a little shit.
