First Encounter (Liam Payne)

It all started on accident, really. He had gotten up early for a photo shoot only to find out it was cancelled when he was already halfway there. He decided not to waste the morning, so he stopped in a little cafe for some breakfast. 

Liam’s POV

As I was eating typical English breakfast - Black Pudding, Baked Beans and Fried Bread I saw (y/n) walking in the café. It was like I couldn’t stop stealing glances at her and I could make it that she felt awkward but to my surprise I saw the corner of her beautiful pink lips making up a curve. She was so beautiful, and the way she talked and smiled and moved just lit up the room. I watched as she greeted the owner by name. ‘Obviously a regular.’ he said to himself making (y/n) smile again. 

Your POV 

I sat a little table in the corner and pulled out a book, taking a sip of the tea I ordered. But instead of reading I was deep in making out who the person sitting me is. It felt like I had seen him before maybe a few times at TV that’s when I realised my foolishness, he is the singer from the heart throbbing band One Direction, I couldn’t lie to myself that I am a fan too guess I’m not used to see him this clear made me a bit confused of his identity. Before I could make a move, I had finished and left. 

Liam’s POV

She stood up from her chair, took her belongings and walked to the exit. I saw her leave. I had to see her again. The next day, I forced himself to get up early to go to the cafe again. I thought maybe since she were a regular, I could catch her again plus I need to know her more. And soon enough, a few minutes after I arrived, she walked in, greeted the owner again, and took her usual spot at the small table to begin her reading.

This went on for a few weeks. Liam would come just a few minutes earlier than you, get his breakfast and sit down to wait. You both exchanged glances and shy smiles, but neither of you had the courage to say hello. But today was different. He knew he had to say hi. He mustered up all his courage and stood up and nervously walked over to you. You looked up and smiled, feeling your heart flutter. “Hi, I know you’ve probably noticed me before. I mean, I’ve noticed you, of course. You’re very beautiful. And, well anyways, what I’m getting at is… Hi, I’m Liam." he said, blushing as he stumbled over his words. Little did either of you know, this was the start of the rest of your lives.
