The most painful realization
Is the realization that
Someone could end their life
Within a matter of seconds
And there would be no one there
To save them

If you know anyone suicidal please do everything you can to be there for them. It can be very hard and frustrating at times. It may not be an easy task either, but nobody deserves to feel the need/desire to die. I really want all of you to be there for each other and to know that in this world there are people who care.
