Kagome's Mother's Faith
"ugh!" Kagome opened the door with a loud bang produced, while balling her fists.
Sota was already home, and saw her sister walking inside with a bad mood.
"eh? Kagome-chan? not in the mood again?" Sota asked, a bit nervous.
"tch. never mind." She smiled fakely, then went to her room, closing her door with a loud bang again.
Sota flinched and covered his ears.
Mom blinked, having a strong feeling that her very first day of school was unsuccessful.
Kagome, inside her room, jumped to her bed, then screamed under her pillow.
Good thing her mom haven't heard that...
"that stupid, ignorant guy!" she yelled then punched her soft bed many times.
"Kagome... something wrong?" Her mom knocked at her door surprisingly.
Kagome sighed, went to the door, then held the doorknob.
But suddenly, a shadow was seen on the wall.
Maybe the shadow went from the window?
She shook her head then turned it to the window.
She saw InuYasha standing at her window!
He covered the moon's white rays, making him look like a glowing angel.
Kagome blushed, released the door, then shook her head.
She took a look once again, and realized that it was only an illusion.
"e-eh..." Kagome pouted while blushing slightly, then opened the door behind her.
'only a hallucination... ' Kagome thought, while standing at her mom's front, yet looking down at the floor.
"Kagome... you seem weird today... and why are you blushing anyway?" Her mom asked curiously.
"b-blushing?" Kagome's blush disappeared, then reappeared once more.
"oh my Kagome... are you sick? maybe you should go to your bed. but before that, you should go down to eat your supper." Kagome's mom smiled lovingly.
The young raven-haired girl smiled back, then went down the stairs with her mom.
After eating her delicious dinner, she went up to her bed once more, then layed on her bed.
"ahh... mom's dinner refreshed my head a bit..." Kagome smiled comfortably.
She unconsciously closed her eyes, then slept peacefully.
Her mom opened the door, then saw her daughter.
She was sleeping; sleeping beautifully.
"Good night, my beloved daughter..." her mom turned off the lights, smiled, then closed the door silently.
Her mom went down, then searched for her son.
"Sota?" Her mom asked, while looking around.
Then all of a sudden, she heard a loud snore from Sota's room.
Her mom crossed her arms, smiled, knowing who it was.
"Oh Sota..." She giggled, then starting from the kitchen, she cleaned up.
When she was done, at last...
She went to her bed, then thought about something deeply before going to sleep.
'Kagome... Sota... your new life will be hard, but I know that you'll live with it soon... '
She whispered inside her mind, then slept peacefully.
Another day of new life awaits for Kagome and Sota, and their mom was sure... they'll live with it easily.
