An Unusual Feeling

'I'm turning into an idiot.' InuYasha thought badly; as he continued running.

Sweating hard,

He finally saw the hospital building using his blurry sight.

He did not stopped himself from running, but instead, he went faster.

He went to the nurse and asked where Higurashi Kagome is.

"she's in Room 35."

Quickly running up,

He opened the door,

And saw Kagome.

He also saw a doctor trying his best to calm Kagome down.

"Excuse me sir." InuYasha spoke.

"Who are you? Are you her brother?"

InuYasha cleared his throat as his hands clenched.

"I'm her... boyfriend." he whispered; not trying to hesitate.

"Well then. Her chest was not that wounded. Luckily, it was easily removed. Maybe I shall give you some privacy. Have a good day, sir."

InuYasha watched the doctor going away from the room.

When he was alone with her,

Kagome slowly moved her head to the side to see him.

"Inu--"

"Kagome!"

He quickly ran beside her, and kissed her forehead.

She kept wincing from the pain.

"You can do it. I know you can. Come on." tears began forming near his eye.

"B-But what if... I don't--"

"Stop. You can. I love you."

Kagome's eyes widened.

Everytime she hear those three words coming out from his mouth, she can feel happiness boiling inside her.

"I-InuYasha..." It's really painful for her to breathe heavily; even in speaking, but she kept it inside her to make him feel better.

But InuYasha can sense it.

He gave a soft stare;

A stare that she never seen before.

For Kagome's opinion, it looks like he wants to express something.

"Kagome.. Please listen to me."

He went closer and moved down to kiss her forehead gently.

"I love you. And I'm always here to help." He slowly swept away some glossy strands of hair from her forehead,

Then gave a smile after giving a deep kiss on her lips.

Kagome did not hesitated to kiss him back.

"B-By the way.."

She blinked twice before proceeding to her question.

"D-Did you... told the doctor t-that you're my b-b-boyfriend?" she asked weakly and stuttering.

Remembering what it is,

InuYasha's face turned red.

"W-Well, I--"

"It's o-okay love."

Kagome responded without even letting InuYasha answer him.

Realizing what she just said, his eyes widened as he froze.

' L-L-L-LOVE? '

Was all he could think.

Kagome noticed InuYasha staring at a distance.

"H-Hey... are you okay?" Kagome kept staring at him.

She caught his attention; which made him turn to her with a slight blush marked on his face.

"Y-Yeah."

He once again kissed her forehead.

"You smell beautiful." he closed his eyes as he kept sniffing silently; to smell her lovely natural scent.

Kagome felt the warm air coming out from his nose, which made her absolutely surprised.

"I-Inu..Yasha..?"

She stated his name to break the deafening silence between them.

"Kagome.."

The air that she inhaled has a scent.

' InuYasha's breath smells nice.. ' Kagome blushed madly.

Feeling a sharp pain on her chest, she accidentally winced.

"I-InuYasha, i-it hur--"

She froze after he interrupted her words.

She felt his warm lips against hers.

' W-Why do I feel so... weird..? ' She whispered on her mind.
