Odds on? What's that mean?

Well, odds on basically means you both say a number at the same time and if it's the same you have to do what the person said but first, you actually have to set the odds so someone goes 'odds on doing *insert action*?' And the next person goes '1 to 10' depending on the extremeness of the dare then it's '1, 2, 3' both say a number so odds on a dare video?!
