Aaryan was puzzled by this kind of behaviour.

"Weird", he murmured to himself and sighed.Then he turned back to lock the car.

There he noticed that she had left her clutch on the front seat only.He thought of returning it back immediately.

But then he thought about how uncomfortable she had been earlier and he dropped that idea.He planned to return it the very next day in the office.

Anjali was really upset that she had treated her boss so badly, when he was just trying to be humble.So she vowed to herself that she would be more confident and cheerful when she met him next time.

Next morning Anjali woke up early, as usual.

She went to take a shower, then proceeded to get ready for her office.She wore a simple off-white shirt and navy blue trousers and tied her hair in a high ponytail. She didnot like wearing make up while in office so she simply applied some lip gloss and kohl.

Then she had a breakfast of french toast, which she had prepared herself. When she was about to pack her tiffin, she was reminded of her promise to give treat to her friends.So instead she decided to eat her lunch out in some restaurant with her colleagues.

As soon as she reached office, the first thing she did was- she found Tia.She was very desperate to share her last evening happenings with her best buddy.

Tia was grinning stupidly when Anjali finished recounting the entire story to her.

"So a drive, huh?", Tia asked with a mysterious smile.

"Why are you concentrating on the drive when you are supposed to be thinking about how foolish I had acted all the time", she said in an irritated tone.

"So I think I deserve double treat today.",Tia said notoriously.

Anjali was unable to understand what was so amusing about this matter.She hoped that Tia would sympathize with her but Tia was definately in a different mood today.

So she left without saying anything else.Throughout the first half she decided against speaking to anybody.She only focussed on her work and within 3 hours she had successfully completed the whole day's work.

It was nearly the noon time when Tia showed up in her cabin.

"What..??", Anjali asked, still pissed off.

"I am really sorry.You know I was just teasing you.You can't even tolerate that.", Tia uttered ,making a cute sorry face.

"Its okay,Anyways what the plan for today's lunch?", Anjali asked dryly.

Before Tia could reply, again Sameer interceded.

"How about meeting downstairs in an hour?, then we can decide where to go?",Sameer offered, trying to seem wise about his suggestion.

And then Anjali felt a tap on her shoulder.She turned around to find Aaryan standing right behind her.She almost bumped into him, which made him take a step back.

"Hello ladies, Discussing something important?", Aaryan grinned.

"Why can't this man just leave me alone", she thought.

"We were just deciding upon the destination for Anjali's treat", Sameer blurted out.

Aaryan seemed to have grasped whatever they were talking about.

" Shall I join you all?",he asked politely.

Anjali was about to open her mouth to say something when she heard Tia say "Ofcourse Sir, It will be such a pleasure having you around, We are meeting downstairs in half an hour, you can join us."
