Light grey clouds covered the sky blocking out the warmth of the sunlight. The weather was hence cold and windy. The cold air hitting her face , refreshed her, as she enjoyed the drive along the highway.

Aaryan had tuned the radio to some old soft songs which made Anjali feel sleepy, she needed sleep badly and so she preferred music which could literally blast her ears, and keep her from dozimg off,but here she could not demand her preferences. So she managed to keep herself awake by indulging in the picturesque countryside landscapes which were indeed a delight to the eyes.

They had covered half the distance already and would be reaching in an hour. The scenic drive along the hilly regions of Lunavala and Khandala was indeed enthralling and breathtaking, and now they were appraoching towards the sea beach region in Mumbai. She loved seas, and she was happy that the meeting was taking place in a five star restaurant near Juhu beach. She had heard a lot about this beach from her friends and finally would have a chance to see it .Aaryan had switched back to his serious thoughtful mode. His eyes were distantly focussed on the road as he accelerated through the highway. He had been driving with undivided attention, and saying nothing!.His unreadable countenence made Anjali wonder that she had offended him in some way,so he was not talking to her,or whether he was worried about being late to the meeting. The very thought of the meeting instigated nervousness and nauseousness in her.She was totally drained physically and she dreaded fever, sensing her body temperature rising slowly, she had always suffered from  fever and headache whenever she cried so much. But alas! She forgot to take any paracetamol when she left her house. She apprehended the day ahead and she really hoped, she would not make a fool of herself when out with him.

Aaryan pulled the car in the parking lot of the hotel. It was the Shinghania Sheraton, thus it was obvious- it belonged to the The Singhanian group of hotels and resorts .The name was enough to suggest its grandeur.Who didn't know about The Singhania group and their success in the spheres of hotels and hospitality. But stilled Anjali was amazed and was keenly examining everything around her while she followed Aaryan.Aaryan led them both through the lobby to the elevator..he didn't ask anyone to guide the way and he was walking strangely fast,it seemed as if he knew the place very well, maybe he'd been here earlier, and Anjali dumbly followed his steps glaring at the numerous people and receptionists, all so perfect looking.

The reached the fifth floor where in the conference hall, the meeting was to be held, and it could be guessed from the buzz already prevailing there that the meeting hadn't started yet.Thankfully.The hall had the capacity to hold atleast 200 people and there was a long table in the centre with about fifty chairs. But the number of delegates present was surprisingly more than the capacity of the hall. She never expected so much of competition.Maybe that's why Aaryan is nervous..she wondered.

The meeting started in half an hour. The main officers of the Sunshine Enterprises examined each file within a short glance of 10 minutes and the rest focussed their attention to the presentations going on.Each candidate company was given no more than fifteen minutes to present the tender offer.

Anjali wondered that Aaryan was so correct about everything. He is such a genious.

Having spent more than two hours in air conditioned room, with no other task than viewing the pictures slide on the projector screen, Anjali was literally fidgeting with anything and everything around her,the pen,the notepad, the water bottle ,which she was provided with, even her handbag.,I could have better got engaged in playing Angry Birds if the hadn't asked for switching off the cellphones , she grumbled.

This meeting agenda was not at all exciting, like she had expected, she was rather thinking that she should have taken the day off instead of coming here.Already she was sick of her headache and the rising fever. The chilled AC room added to her discomfort. Moreover she was feeling very hungry. These officers were senseless enough not to understand that it was the lunch time. She hadn't even done her breakfast. Now the only option before her was to drink water and stay awake for ,god only knew how many hours.
