When Anjali popped out of Aaryan's cabin, Tia was already waiting for her.
Anjali went to drink some water and then sat beside Tia.
Anjali was well aware that Tia was desperate to know what Aaryan said. She could make out from the suspicious look on her face.
"Will you stop looking at me like that?", Anjali said angrily.
"Why are you so furious?..Is everything alright?.. Whats going on between you two??",Tia asked with concern.
"What do you mean by what's going on between us...Absolutely nothing.Huh...Will you stop cooking up random stories in your mind, this is the last time I am warning you.", Anjali was shouting.
"W..What the hell! Why are you screaming at me Anjali?Do whatever you want, I am leaving!", Tia said disappointedly as she stood up to leave.
"Ok ok I am sorry...", Anjali paused to take a deep breath, then she continued.She never liked fighting with Tia."Sir has asked me to prepare a quotation..", Anjali said.
"What do you you mean? How can he ask you to prepare a quotation, Doesn't he know that you are in Technical department, and not in Sales department. You are an engineer..Software Engineer..How can he appoint you to do something like this?" , Now Tia was giving the same reaction that Anjali expected of her.
"I know, I also tried to object , believe me ,but he didnt let me..He was so enthusiastic about this tender, contract...whatever it is.",Anjali said with a sigh.
"For which company, which products??", Tia enquired.
"You will surprised to know..no not surprised..you will be shocked to know...Sunshine Enterprises..heard of it?? ..and of which products ..you are asking...he said about all the products that our company produces and supplies..with detailed market analysis.And you know how much time I have..A whole One week...isn't that more than enough.!", Anjali said sardonically.
"Are you freaking kidding me!!", Tia exclaimed.
"No what I mean is that....", Anjali exclaimed.."In fact.. I am totally fucked-up!!",and then Anjali started laughing wildly.
"As a matter fact!", Tia remarked as she also burst in laughter.
This was the bond between Anjali and Tia.She could share everything with her..and they would laugh it off together until they both had tears in their eyes.Being with Tia relieved her of all tensions .Anjali adored her for her warmth,complaisance and wonderful nature.
Soon Tia was gasping for breath.Then she turned towards Anjali and asked on a serious note.."Really, but Anjali what are you going to do now, how will you manage?.Have you thought of anything?"
"No,nothing..As far as I think ,its not a big deal for people related to finance or business to make quotations for orders..what's unnerving me is that I have to compare hundreds of products from different globally established companies and price our 1000 brands accordingly for 'The Sunshine Enterprises'...to win an international order..in less than one week.and guess what, I have never ever seen costing details in my life.", Anjali said earnestly.
"Then why don't you ask someone else..for help.?"
"No, I dont think it will be right..If Sir wanted anybody else to prepare it, he could have simply asked them..I wonder why he chose me."
"You know sometimes its problematic if you are too fabulous in your job.", Tia replied in a matter of factly tone.. "But I guess he appointed you because Mr Nair , the Sales Executive,..he has fallen ill, if he would have been here..he could have seen to everything."
