Catalina pov:

As I sat in the kitchen, waiting for my food I just couldn't relax. I knew in any moment I would be thrown out, like the trash that I was. I knew no one could ever love me, that I was a waste of space. I needed to leave before Gabriel could finally notice how pathetic I really am. But how could I, his aunt was keeping a very watchful eye on me.

" so honey what should we make?"

"anything would be fine, can I use the restroom?"

" you don't have to ask, it's the third door on the left. Oh Catalina don't think about running, their are guards outside of the house. They are here to keep us safe."

How did she know I wanted to run. Was there no way out, was I going to use me as a slave like my family? Were they going to hurt me, what did they want from me?

When I went back into the kitchen there were 3 boys my age, that I had never seen before. When I entered all eyes were on me. The boys were good looking but had nouthing on Gabriel. The first one, had black wavy hair and green eyes, the second had short blond hair with hazel eyes, and the third had light brown hair and eyes. Why were they here?

" Catalina good your back, now I want to introduce you to Alex, Carlos, and Jose. Boys this Catalina your future Luna. Well these boys are your guards,come on and sit and ear."

I didn't know what to do, I just couldn't handle this. They were so nice to me couldn't they see what I really am. I don't want this to end but I know it will. I just stand there not knowing to do, they must know something wrong.

"Honey what's wrong?"

" Why are you being so nice? Don't you see im nouthing? When you do you all will treat me like they did." By this time im crying, and I just didn't care.

" What did they do to you. You three will not say a word of this and you may leave. Catalina honey don't you see that you are an amazing girl?"

"im pathetic, a waste of space, I can't do anything right. Why can't you all see it. When Gabriel figures it out he will throw me away."

"no Gabriel won't do that. He loves you some much already."

" he can't love me already he doesn't know the real me, the sad broken girl you see of front of you."

"honey you are anything but broken, you are the strongest person I have ever met. Gabriel is lucky to have you, I know you will be a great, kind, and loving Luna."

I couldn't take it any more, and that's when everything dark.

Hours later..............

Once again I woke up in the same room and bed. But the light coming into the room I could tell it was pretty last into the afternoon.

Once again I blackout, of that didn't prove I was weak then I don't know what did. How could I face this pack now. I should just leave and never come back. But were would I go, I couldn't go back home I had no were to go.

"your awake. How are you feeling love?"

"im fine"

" what happened when I left you everything was fine? Did someone hurt you?"

"no, im just not used to being treated so well. I just couldn't handle it. Im sorry"

" there is nouthing to be sorry for love. I just want the best for you."

How could he love, and care for me so much. No one has ever shown me any type of kindness and here this whole pack has. I may be able to have a good life here.

" love I know you might want this but your family wants to see you. Don't worry I won't let anything happen to you. I will be at you side the whole time."

" no please don't make me, they will drag me back. Their going to hurt me, I don't want to leave you. Please day no."

"you know I can't do that, they are still your family. They will not be able to take you from me, I won't let them. They are coming tomorrow night after the peace meeting."

" ok"

I don't know what will come tomorrow, but what I know is im falling in love with Gabriel. I don't want to leave his side. But for the good of his pack I will may have to.
