My second chance

After I finsh cleaning up, I went back to my room to get ready for school. I don't try to stand out I pull on some jeans, a black v-line tshirt and my black vans and call it good. I pull my hair into a high ponytail, I don't waste time with make up cause I never saw the point in it. I look at the clock to see its already 7:50 am.I better move it if im going to get to school on time. I have to walk to and from school since no one in my family can stand to be seen with me. It well be at least a 15 minute walk from my house through the woods that belong to the pack. My pack is them Red River pack one of the smallest pack in Washington and Oregon. We only have around 50 members in your pack and half are under the age of thirty.

We have two other packs that live fairly close to us. These two packs are the two most powerful packs in the nation.

The Silvermoon pack, and the Golden Valley pack. Every year these two packs come to your lands so they can work out any problems they have. Also it's a time for all of the packs youth to mingle to see if they can find their mates. But like always im not allowed to go, in fear I will make a fool of the pack.

But I wouldn't go even if I could, who would want me for a mate. Im nouthing, I'm not pretty, im a waste of space. Years of hearing this I have come to believe it. The only reason I look forward to this day is because I know " my family" will be to busy to best me. But it's still 5 days way, and tonight there will be an all pack meeting. I have to go because the Alpha says everyone must go, cause there is important information for this years talks.

As I arrive to school all I can think is welcome to my second hell. I can only hope everyone is to busy talking about tonights pack meeting, so they won't notice me today. But that was to easy, as im about to enter the school "my living sister" pushes me to the ground. "Watch were your going fat ass, God I knew you were ugly, I didn't think you were stupid to."

I could hear everyone laughing, but of course no one came to see if I was alright. No even some took turns to kick me as they walked by. Wow it was my luck that I was late to my first class as well. I had a feeling today was not going to be very good for me, and I was right. All day, I was insulted, and pushed and kicked. I just wanted to go home and wait until the pack meeting. As the final bell rang for the day, I waited until I knew everyone would be gone. I didn't have the strength to face them, so as I reached the front doors I didn't notice it had started to rain. Great I know I can't wait for it to stop, so with a great sigh, I open the doors and start the walk home, within a couple of seconds im completely wet.

By the time I get home, im so cold, I think my lips have turned blue. I know I ha e to take a warm shower if I don't want to get a cold. I can only hope no one is home, as I reach the house I see no one home. So I race into the bathroom and take a fast shower, and wait until it's time to head over to the packs house.

I can only hope this meeting will hold good news.
