Under the Moonlight

Chapter 46

I was barely waking up. It was so hard to open my eyes, I was feeling weak and it was strange feeling. Suddenly I felt some movements. I wasn't in the bed. I tried to open my eyes and wake up, to see what's happening. I didn't know if I was dreaming or not. 

In one moment I felt driving, I forced myself to open my eyes and wake up. Then I saw I was in a van and alone. I barely stood up. I was weak. I knew what was happening. I could felt the welfsbane in  my body. It was making me weak and I was feeling a bit like drunk. I was sure it was a wolfsbane.
I was driving somewhere. I was confused as hell and didn't know what was happening.
I was just standing there and thinking what to do. I wanted to scream or yell but later I changed my ming and decided to wait til we arrive wherever we were going.
After about an hour the van stopped moving, but after a few more minutes it started driving again.
A was there sitting in the van driving somewhere for a few hours. I couldn't wait to get out and kill whoever put me in it. I was probably kidnapped or something.

I remembered everything that happened before I fall asleep and realized a few things. I was pregnant and kidnapped and not knowing where I was going. It was pretty messy. 

Suddenly the van stopped moving again and I stood up. We arrived wherever we needed to arrive. The moment to meet with the people that kidnapped me was close. I was hearing a lot of steps from outside the van and knew there were more then one person. I got closer to the door and waited for them to open it. 
"Can't wait to get out and kill you all"  I mumbled. I knew if they were a werewolves they probably heard me, but I didn't care. I wasn't scared at all.

After a few minuted I heard someone was opening the door. The door opened and I raised my eyebrows when I saw the people in front of me. I couldn't believe, I was so surprised. 
Jack and everyone from my pack were there together with Taylor, Nate, Maria and the others. 
"Welcome to Charlotte" Jack said to me and I looked at him, still confused. 
I looked around, I still couldn't stop looking at every single one of them. 
"What the hell?" I mumbled as I jumped of the van and got out.  I looked around. It was day and I recognized Taylor's house in the woods in front of me.  "What are we doing here?" I asked and looked first at Lisa, Luke, Sam and Tony and then looked Jack and made step closer to him. "No, the better question is who injected wolfsbane in my body?" I was still looking at Jack. I knew it was him. 
"We'll explain to you" Jack said and looked at Nate and the others. 
"Did you tell them Jack?" I asked Jack about the pregnancy. 
"Nessa I'll explain" he said. 
"So you did tell them" I yelled at him and nervously laughed. "and you injected wolfsbane in my body put me in a van a dragged me in Charlotte with the rest of my pack." I said to him seriously. "How charming from you" I faked a smile. 
"I would say protective" he said. 
"Oh and I should tell you thank you right?" I was still pissed off. 
"Nessa, please listen to us" Jack said and got closer to me. 
"I won't" I yelled. 
"Vanessa, calm down, we are trying to help, we have a plan" Nate said and I looked at him. 
"Plan for what?" I asked and laughed again. There wasn't need to plan. I could've save myself alone. 
"To save you and your baby" Nate said and I looked down at the ground and took a deep breath before I started talking. I knew Jack planned all that. I didn't need to fight with the rest, I so wanted to yell at Jack.
"I told you some many times" I looked at Jack. "I don't want this, I don't wanna have a baby and I don't wanna be a mother" I said to him. 
"Everything is going to be okay. We are strong enough to fight against Hades. We are going to kill him Nessa and finally be free" Jack said and I was looking at him in unbelieving.
"Are you out if your mind Jack?" I yelled at him. "I am not killing Hades." I said.
"That's what you wanted Nessa. I know it. You wanna be free like everyone else here" Jack said and I just looked at the ground and nervously laughed.
"You are all sure what I want" I said with calmer voice. "Well you are wrong" I added. "I wanted to finish high school, find a normal boyfriend and travel the world. I wanted to have normal life with a lot of friends and be happy withvmy family" I said and felt everyone were looking at me seriously. "And you know that's just a dream. I have nothing from that. I feel in love with a werewolf and got kidnapped." I said and couldn't not to look at Taylor. "I am a werewolf now and only one thing left that's mine and only mine. I can decide for myself and not let anyone to mess up with me" I said.
"Well you don't have that too. You are Hades's toy now he is deciding for you" Taylor surprisingly decided to speak. "But now if you let us to help you, you'll have friends and family again." He added and I just left speechless for a few seconds I couldn't talk. I froze.
"It's to late" I mumbled and made step back. I was feeling scared of everything.
"It's not Vanessa" Maria said to me as she got closer to me. "We can still fix everything." She said.
"Vanessa" I suddenly heard familiar male voice. I turned around to see Philip, my brother standing behind me. He was a bit taller and he was looking more mature. He wasn't kid anymore, he was real teenager. I couldn't believe how much he changed.
He ran into a hug with me immediately. He wrapped his arms around me and I was just standing there. I couldn't move. It was weird feeling. It was my brother, the person I loved so much and it was everything to me.
"You're back" he said still hugging me tight and not letting me go off the hug. "I missed you so much." He said.
I pushed him away and made step back.
"I need to be alone" I said and ran away in the woods. I was thinking about everything and it was time to decide what to do. It was so hard and so tough.

After a while I got back and saw there was anyone else outside. I heard everyone were in the house. I took a deep breath opened the door. I got inside and everyone looked at me.
"Okay. I'll do it" I said and Jack got closer to me.
"Which part?" He asked me.
"We still need to talk about the baby" I said to him "alone" I added.
"So you are not leaving now?" Nate asked me. "I mean you are not going back a Mexico?" He asked.
"I don't know what's the plan" I said "if you are involved I am staying here" I said and I don't know why I looked at Taylor.
"Come on let's go home" Philip said to me as he got closer to me. "Mum and dad want to see you. They missed you so much" he added.
"I can't" I said quietly. I wasn't ready to meet with my parents yet.
"Listen, you go and spend the night there and we are going to find something" Jack said to me.
"Wow and what was with 'we'll stick together' plan?" I asked him with a bit angry voice.
"I just thought you'll want to be alone with your parents" he said and I rolled my eyes.
"I can't go there immediately" I said and looked down.
"Vanessa but..." Philip wanted to say something but Nate interrupted him.
"Philip don't push." He said to him. "She'll come at our place, Jack can come too. For the rest of you there is place on the house and the other apartment" he said.
"Your place?" I looked at Nate surprised.
"Mine and Maria's" he said and I chuckled.

We all got shut for a bit. It was an awkward silence.

"I think that it's enough for today." Maria said "I am taking from here" she added. "Me and Vanessa are going home, alone" she added. 

"I'll skip it." I said. "I'll come after with Jack" I added. I wanted to be with Jack, but also I was still not ready to be alone with anyone, not even Maria. 
"No you're not." Maria said and caught my arm and dragged me out of the hall. I looked back at Jack, who wasn't doing anything to stop it. 

"Have fun" he said and I was a bit surprised but then I gave up. 

Me and Maria got in the car and she started driving. We weren't talking for a while. I was just looking through the window. 
"I can't believe you are pregnant" Maria said to me in one moment. 

"Yeah, me either" I said still not looking at her. 

"Are you excited?" she asked me.
"I was never more excited." I said ironically. "I have already thinking for a few names and started buying clothes" I said and faked a smile as I looked at her.
"I know Jack already told us you are scared of having it" she said and I rolled my eyes.
"I don't want it. I said that like a million times and nobody understand me" I said and that sounded like a confession.
"I think you don't understand. It's impossible not to want to have a baby" she said and looked at me.
"Well it's possible. I don't want it" I said.

"But Jack wants. He is the father" she said
I didn't say anything. The rest of the ride we didn't talk.

We arrived at the apartment.
"So you bought this place together?" I asked Maria as I started looking around. It was pretty big apartment and it looked nice.
"Yeah, 5 months ago" she said.
"I wasn't expecting you'll have so serious relationship" I said.
"That's the life. Everything can happen" she said. We both sat on the sofa and sat in silence for a few minutes.  
She was asking me some questions and I was giving her some short answers. I wasn't like talking so I just sounded not interested in anything. 
"Do you know when are Jack and Nate coming?" I asked her in one moment.
"I have no idea. Probably tonight. I don't really know." She said.
"I want something" I said to her.
"Anything" she said and smiled.
"Coffee and cookies" I said and she smiled again.
She went in the kitchen and started making coffee and I waited for her on the sofa. Suddenly I heard someone was outside in front if the door.
I got up from the sofa and the door opened. Jack and Nate got in the apartment.
"Hey" Nate smiled to me and came closer to me. I just awkwardly smiled back and looked at Jack.
"Do you guys want coffee?" Maria asked at we all sat in the sofa.
Jack and Nate just nodded.
It was all so weird, suddenly we were acting like happy family and I hated it.
"I am going out for a walk" I said and stood up.
"Nessa I think it's not a good idea" Jack said and looked at me.
"I need to get out and be alone" I said and made my way toward the door. I left the room and got out.
I was just looking the cars driving at the street and the people passing by. I was just standing there for a few minutes when I decided to go toward the woods and run.
