The more I went deeper into this cave, the more my thoughts began to cause problems for me as the monsters continuously spawns before me.

Those ugly goblins with their endless dripping drool glaring at me with their red eyes, ugh, looking at them disgust me. Peering over to where my health bar is, I find it shocking to see it already at the yellow zone... tsk. It feels humiliating to see that these lowlifes actually putting me into a corner...

"Raaaaaraghhh!!"

One of those ugly beings began to charge at me and in this dire situation, I felt wanting to use my time magic to obliterate those monsters quickly and free myself from this torture but then my I wavered. Angered. To think I actually HAVE to use my time magic even against field monsters..!!!

No!! I won't use it!! Not if it was born from THAT!! I won't use it!!! Damn it!! You coward!!! Use it!! Don't you want to get out of here?! No!! I vowed not to use it!! It's rightfully mine!! What's wrong with using it??!! I won't let myself be fo-

*SMACK!!*

Pummelled by the goblin's mace to the chin, I was thrown upwards into one of cave's stalagmite and one of those spikes unfortunately became my landing spot and my back was slammed into it with no beauty and my health began to drop even more and was almost reaching the red zone.

"Gah!!"

The recoil from the impact made me fall down to the ground and I could feel my sword dropped from hand as the sound of metal piercing the ground somehow echoed in my ear. By the time I could raise my head and my eyes began to readjust itself, the goblin was already in front of me, ready to rain down hell on me.

I fell into a panic and immediately a huge surge pulse through the area and the world turned monochrome once more. Without wasting any moment, I hastily stood up and grabbed hold of my sword and rushed forward into the hordes of goblin in front of me.

"[Dancing Shadows, Second Step: Breaking Light]!"

By the time the world gained back its colour, I was already at the other end of the horde and within a snap, all the goblins was blown backwards as their defences broke after I slashed away every bits of it.

"O holy light, cleanse thy enemy's soul! [Photon Rain]!"

Snapping my fingers towards the horde of goblins, rays of light began shooting from the orbs of light spawning behind me and pierces through the goblins body before the goblins exploded into pixels. A wave of satisfaction washed through me as I saw the goblins that was causing me trouble die.

"That takes care of that."

I waited a couple of moments to see if there was any remaining goblins or any goblins ready to spawn and thankfully none was present. Twirling my sword around, I then lazily swung hand backwards and the sword disappears in particles of light. I let out a sigh of relief but then a mocking voice echoed in me.

"How tragic. The more you deny that dream, the more you held on to it."

A mini crater was present beside me as I drive my clenched fist even deeper as his mocking voice continues to echo in my ears, unable to block it out. I noticed my health bar began to glare in light and immediately, I cooled down.

"Healing Light."

A bright green pulse ran through the area that I was in and I could a warm feeling encasing me though it only brought warm exteriorly. My health bar steadily increases in a small amount and I continue to go deeper into the cave.

The quietness of this cave was inviting. Minus the fact that countless of goblins inhibits this very cave, the very lifeless pathway was something I oddly enough, cherished. Here, I felt as if I have no need to wander my thought anywhere and continuously strode along the path, unknowing of its end. Having my mind in a blank was relieving so to say and I would have liked it if it were to continue that way forever... somehow, this feeling felt nostalgic..
