(A/N I want to change Niku's name to something more meaningful so if you guys can come up with a name and a meaning behind her name I will change it to that name if not then I'll put a word through google translate and make it Latin, when it comes to names I tend to just Latin every thing so to avoid that please give me a meaningful name for Niku. Also, this book will remain lemon free! Now on to the story.)

Class went on as normal, even with the giant hole in the wall of the class room. You started to dose of thinking to yourself about this morning. 'What if he knows' you thought. 'It would make sense, his best friend found out. Maybe he told him.... No, he wouldn't do that.... Would he? You know what y/n, its best to stop thinking about it. Just stop thinking. Just st-' your thoughts were interrupted by Stein.

"Y/n pay attention!" He yelled

"Sorry professor."

"As I was saying, we will be working on strengthening your bond with your partner, the stronger the bond, the greater the power. If your bond is too weak or if your souls are not compatible then you cannot work together. But all of that is just common knowledge. For those of you without a partner, I have an alternate assignment. You will have to give me a 15-page essay with a minimum of 7500 words in MLA format on the bond between a meister and a weapon due in three days."

'What! Three days! If only Niku was here. Maybe I can find a new partner, but who?' you thought. Then you saw a guy who looked like he didn't have a partner. He was kinda cute. Scratch that, he was really cute. He had blond hair, some piercings, and gorgeous green eyes that you could just melt into. He was wearing a white shirt that wasn't buttoned all the way, just a few buttons done, a black tie that was worn loosely around his neck, a black choker that was studded, and purple jeans with a white belt. You walked up to him and said

"Hey, need a partner?"

"Yeah, I need a weapon. Do you, by any chance, happen to be a weapon without a meister?"

"Luckily for you, I am."

"Wanna go see if our souls are compatible?"

"Why not? Beats having to write a huge essay in only three days."

"Yeah, what is up with that? My names Hiro by the way."

"I'm y/n."

You guys went out side and it turns out your souls were compatible but your bond was a little weak. Emphasis on little. So you decided to talk and bond to improve it.

"So, why don't you have a weapon partner?"

"I had one but I couldn't put up with him so I put him back and will hopefully never see him again."

"Ouch, that's a little harsh. What do you mean by 'put him back'"

"He was the legendary sword, Excalibur. He was supposed to make me a hero. I guess I'm just not cut out to be someone great."

"Yeah, your probably right."

"Well, that really helps my self-confidence. And you say I'm harsh."

"It's not my fault it's true. In order to be great one must strive to be great. You cannot achieve greatness if you can so easily say that your 'not cut out to be someone great'"

"But you also need to know when to give up, and sorry to break it to you but, I've already reached the point where I need to give up."

Then you slapped him.

"Listen to your self! In the short time, I've known you you've done nothing but doubt yourself! If you want to be great, or if you want to be a hero then you're not aloud to doubt yourself! For the sake of those who call you a hero you cannot doubt yourself!"

Then you began to whisper.

"A wise man once told me 'the moment in which you begin to doubt yourself, is the moment in which you have truly lost.' so please Hiro,"

You become nearly inaudible

"Don't doubt yourself."

Then Hiro wraps you up in a warm, comforting hug with your head held tightly near his chest. Then he whispers into your ear

"I promise that as long as your here and as long as your with me, I will never, ever doubt my self again."

(A/N sorry if he was OOC but in my defense he was only in one episode and I wanted to make this a touch some feels so yeah. Also sorry if it was a little bit short but it's late and I'm tired.
