After you got Soul out from under the massive pile of lemons you quickly slapped him.
"What the hell was that?"
"What?"
"Why did you try to kiss me?"
"Why was I pelted with lemons?"
"That's beside the point!"
"Didn't you want me to kiss you?"
"No!"
"Sorry, the truth is that I really like you, and I thought that maybe you could be my girlfriend?" He had a cute little awkward smirk that didn't quite suit him.
"No!"
"What?"
"I said no! Who would just say yes to something so sudden and random!" (A/n if you read my Harry Potter fic you would know why I'm laughing while writing this.)
"Your right, sorry I should have made it more obvious. Oh wait, it was completely obvious!"
"I don't know I'm incredibly distracted and oblivious right now, I should have noticed beforehand, I'm sorry."
The next day stein asked Hiro and maka to battle.
(A/n I'm lazy today so you get a script instead of normally written dialog for the rest of the story)
Hiro: ok y/n, you ready
Y/n: yeah let's do this
You turned into a rope dart and Hiro was brandishing you. Soul had also turned into his weapon. Maka attacked first by running at you at full speed and trying to land a hit right across Hero's chest. He countered this with a simple step to the side using you to grab and pull Soul, throwing her off balance.
Hiro: woah! Did I just do that!
Maka quickly regained her balance and leaped into the air and tried to strike from above
Y/n: Hiro, look out and don't get distracted! Remember your training!
He leaped out of the way just in time, escaping with just a small cut on his shirt
Maka: wow Hiro, you really improved, but can you beat me.
She then proceeded to execute move after move, Hiro could barely keep up while she didn't even break a sweat. This kept going on until Hiro's "barely keeping up" wasn't good enough. Hiro tried to catch Soul's blade with you but you weren't strong enough. Your ribbon was almost severed in half. You returned to your normal "human" self and so did Soul. The main difference being that Soul wasn't covered in blood. You had a deep gash running from the center of your neck to the end of your back.
Black⭐️Star: no! Y/n!
Kid: y/n!
Maka: oh no! Y/n I'm so sorry what have I done *tears*
Hiro: please! Someone help! Y/n, it's gonna be ok.
Soul was just silent. He couldn't even process what just happened. You were taken to the nurse's office and everyone followed.
(A/n I know I'm a terrible person, I don't update in forever and when I do it's short and awful but hey, it's my first fight scene ever! That's something right?)
