Authors Content Note:  "Love in the Great Pine Woods" is a mature love story with dramatic themes of love and relationships. It will mostly be at the PG and PG-13 movie levels. Specific chapters or passages may have a further rating of: L for language, D for dramatic emotions, and S for sensual themes. And I will rate the chapters accordingly. If you are unable or unwilling to attend a movie with the ratings that I provide for a chapter, then please do not read that chapter. This is my disclaimer. And as is my habit, I will summarize the previous chapter's events at the beginning of the next chapter.

Authors Recap from the Previous Chapter:   Sam and Olivia are married this Wednesday December 30, 1955. And they briefly stopped at Delaney Manor to allow Olivia to change out o f her wedding gown and into a traveling outfit for her as yet unknown wedding destination. And although Sam and Olivia skipped/ditched their family's private but informal wedding night dinner, they did say a heartfelt farewell to retired housekeeping and caregiver Nellie Newton--who was very tired from attending the wedding. And Nellie is the only one Sam shared their wedding night destination, because Nellie was concerned that a snowstorm was on its way--maybe even a blizzard--and Sam wanted to assure her that his and Olivia's whereabouts were known.

And Sam still has one more sentimental heirloom belated Christmas gift for Olivia--but she will have to wait to receive it tonight, on this, their wedding night.

"Love in the Great Pine Woods", Ch. 15 (PG-13, S):  Unforgettable

And now, nothing stands in the way of Sam's and Olivia's wedding night--their first night of sharing their love with each other. Sam will be guiding the shy Olivia into loving intimacy with him--her first time. So apart from Sam wanting to adore Olivia passionately tonight with every fiber of his being, he also knows that he will need to be patient, tender, and gentle with her. And though a man of the world, Sam is beginning to feel a little nervous about he and Olivia making love tonight. Afterall, it has been a few years since he last made love--although he was not in a love relationship then, as he is now with Olivia, his new wife. So the experience of making love with his Olivia is bound to be more wonderful than before. And he hopes that all goes as well as it should with regard to his body working as it should.

As Sam drives his new wife Olivia to their wedding night and honeymoon destination after 4:30pm this Wednesday December 30th, 1955 in his brand new Chevy Bel-Air sedan, he can tell from her silence that her thoughts are a mixture of happiness, curiosity, and perhaps fear of the unknown on this their wedding night. So Sam tries to put Olivia at ease.

Sam: "A penny." He smiles, keeping his eyes forward focusing on the mountain road in the darkening light conditions.

Olivia: "What did you say, Sam?" Sitting in the front seat of the car with him, Olivia looks up toward Sam after fidgeting with one of her pretty linen hankies in her hands.

Sam: "I was just wondering what has you so lost in thought, Olivia My Love."

Olivia: "I was ... I was ..." She blushes, her thinking that she can't tell him that she was wondering about their being together, tonight. Olivia has slept and cuddled with Sam, but she has not lain with him nor any man in the biblical sense. Sam will be her first, and her only lover.
