I was at school, listening to music on my phone when I felt a tap on my shoulder, which made me spin around on my heels and snatch my earphones. When I looked to check who was it, I couldn't help but to smile widely at Sebastian.

"Helllllo." He said sitting beside me on the bench wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"Hey." I replied with the same smile plastered on my face.

You see, Sebastian and I grew closer and closer the past month, we've been hanging out a lot, having so much fun and being weird and free like there's no tomorrow, sometimes Chloe would join our madness and hang with us.

Noah is like... Noah. Cold, heartless, careless... and... cold. He's still the same since we got 'engaged'. Actually I've been doing my best avoiding him, more like trying to convince myself he doesn't exist. He's doing the same. If we ever stumble to each other in our apartment we'd never look in the eyes, both of us would walk away without saying a word as if we doesn't exist to one another.

I've been visiting my family more often and sometimes I would sleep in my room and not go back to the flat. Noah would never ask me where have I been or why haven't I called or said anything. That's actually good for me. Not gonna lie.

After spending time with Sebastian talking for a while, he told me that he had a class, so he excused himself. And since I had nothing to do for today I decided to go back to the flat and have a lazy day alone, watching movies and eating junk food or whatever.

When I arrived to the ugly place, not really to be honest, but it was ugly for me, I changed from my clothes into some comfortable pajamas and turned off my phone since I really don't want anyone to bother me today.

I was watching a movie peacefully when the door to our flat opened and Noah entered. But when I saw his face I gasped in shock and ran towards him.

"What the hell happened to your face?" I asked him worry filled my voice.

He had some scratches and a black eye. Yeah black, not purple or blue. Black.

He looked at me and continued his way to his room as if I was nothing standing in front of him. I felt like I was a poster. Asshole. Tch. I thought to myself.

I decided to continue watching my movie in peace, after a few minutes, I couldn't sit there more and doing nothing. Something is wrong with Noah and I felt the urge to help him or be by his side. At least.

I stood up and went to the kitchen, I opened the fridge and grabbed an ice pack. I held it in my hands and walked toward Noah's room.

I knocked and entered, but I soon regretted that because he was changing and he was shirtless. I know it's not the first time I saw him shirtless but it's still embarrassing. Y'know.

He looked at me and said "what do you want, Mia?" I was actually surprised by his soft tone.

"I-I brought you an ice pack for your eye." I said awkwardly not looking at him, oh though how much I'd like to, but my blush wouldn't help.

"Thanks, come in." He said, and I stepped inside his bedroom slowly.

When I was standing in front of him I grabbed his neck in my left hand and placed the ice pack on his left eye with my right hand. When the ice was in contact with his eye he flinched slightly from the pain, but said nothing. He just stared at me with his uncovered eye. I felt like he was looking at my soul, damn his eyes, and I felt slightly uncomfortable under his gaze.

"What happened to your face?" I asked but he didn't answer.

After a couple of minutes with him just staring at me and me holding the ice pack to his eye he grabbed my hand that's clutching the ice pack and took it of from his face and held it there.
