He distracted me while he pulled my sleeves up. "Why'd you do that?" I asked, starting to regret being here with him.
"You got blood on the couch." He said, just staring at my arms. They were covered in smudged blood from the sleeves of my hoodie. "When did you do this?" He asked, genuinely worried about it.
"It doesn't matter." I said, pulling my arms away, making pain shoot up both arms and run down my spine.
"Sam. Please tell me." He said, trying to stay calm. I couldn't look at him. I pulled my sleeves down and stood up. "Sam..." He begged, getting annoyed. "Please."
"Sam!" He screamed at me, and I could hear footsteps outside the door. I opened it and, phone in hand, ran to the from of the bus. I found Josh and sat next to him.
"Josh..." I said, leaning on him. "I'm sorry."
"About what?" He asked, confused.
"Sam!" Tyler said, coming out right on time.
"Yo! Wait!" Josh said, standing in front of Tyler. "What's up with you two? No more secrets." He said, not letting Tyler get to me. "Sam! Tyler! Back room. Now." I didn't budge. I didn't want Josh to know.
"Not now, guys! We're here!" Mark came out of the driver's area to say. I thanked a God that I didn't believe in and walked off of the bus behind Mark. We walked into the venue and began to set up. "3 hours until show time!" Mark screamed as we all ran around inside, hurrying to get ready.

Before the show started, I ignored everyone except the guy bossing us around backstage. Josh tried to talk to me a few times, but I just shoved past him. Tyler ignored me and Josh, too. Josh was clueless and tried to get other people to talk to us for him, but we both ignored them all.
When the show started, I walked out of the venue while Ode to Sleep started. I pulled out my phone and texted Drew.
'Sorry if you think I'm ignoring you again.' -S
'It's fine. I'm actually just leaving work.' -D
'Oh, Cool! I just finished setting up the show, and they just started. Where do you work?' -S
'Hot Topic. Cliché. I know!' -D
'No. I worked there, too. One in Ohio. Where are you now?' -S
'I don't know exactly, but I'm close to the venue.' -D
'Come by. I'm bored.' -S
'K. I'll see you in 10 minutes. Meet me out front.' -D
I waited for a while before finding my way to the front parking lot and finding Drew. He drove a blacked out mustang, but was blaring Anathema, so I sort of figured it was him. "Drew!" I said as he got out of his car.
