The heart of the joker

Chapter 11

As he started to pull my pants down i spat the gag out and screamed,

"JACK!!!!!"

the man started laughing and continued, i struggled as best as i could, then the door burst open and then the man was pulled off me, i pulled my pants up and pulled the covers over my body, i was relieved to see Jack, he had the man by his neck and a knife at his cheek,

"what the fuck do you think your doing?!"he growled,

"t-the girl w-was talking o-out of l-l-line..."

"im sure she had a good reason plus what was said?!?"

"i-i went to g-go get m-my stuff a-and-"

"shh doll"he smiled,

"s-she went out and i-i thought she was r-r-running away s-so i stopped h-her and when s-she came back s-she was all c-cocky so i-i thought i w-would teach h-her a l-lesson!!"

"you make me sick! if she said i let her go then i obviously did!!"

"i-im sorry b-boss!!"

"too. fucking. late!!"he yelled,

then he slit his throat, he dropped him to the floor and then Jack ran over to me, he wrapped his arms around me and i clung to him, my body was shaking badly and i burst into tears,

"shh, its alright doll, im here..."

"i-i w-was s-so s-scared...i-i t-thought h-he w-was g-going t-t-to r-rape m-me..."i sobbed, 

"i would never let that happen"he soothed,

"i-i d-dint t-think y-you w-would h-hear m-me"

"of course i would beautiful"

Jack then let me go and got up, he found my bag and pulled out some pajama bottoms and a top, he passed them to me and he turned around i quickly put them on,

"d-done..."i sniffled,

he then climbed in the bed with his back to the wall, he opened his arms and without hesitation i got in with him and curled up against his chest, he pulled the covers up and wrapped his arms around me, 'i think ive fell for the joker' i thought as he played with my hair, 

"t-thank you Jack..."

"its alright my doll"

i smiled and snuggled against him without realising it, i blushed, soon i fell asleep to the joker playing with my hair and his heart beat, 'yup, ive fell for the damned joker',

in the morning i woke up to the joker still holding me, i smiled and i looked up at him, only then did i notice his hair was blonde underneath the green and his face paint wasnt there, his eyes then opened he looked at me and stroked my face, 

"im sorry im such a mess..."i sighed,

"doll, im a mess, your fine dont worry"

i smiled and he lent down to kiss me but i stopped him,

"what are we?"

"what do you mean?"

"you keep kissing me and cuddling me and i want to know what we are"

"im not sure, either doll"

"what do you feel about me?"

"i umm...-"

"if you cant answer that then i would rather you go to your room or wherever to think please...im going to take a shower" i say standing up,

"fine!"

i hear him growl and he storms out slamming the door, i go in the bathroom and lock the door, i turn the shower on and take my clothes off, i get in and i feel the warm water glide down my body, tears fall out my eyes, 'why didnt i just tell him i loved him? oh right that because hes a FUCKING CRIMINAL!!!' i slid down the wall and put my hands in my face, i cried even more, 'im so stupid!!'

i then wipe my eyes and wash my hair and body, i get out and dry my body i put my pajamas on, i then walk out the bathroom and i see Jack sat on my bed with his head in his hands,

"..Jack...?"i ask, 

he looks up at me and stand up and walks over to me, he takes my hands and laces his fingers with mine, i look into his eyes,

"i know how i feel about you now...."

"h-how?"my voice broke,

"...i love you"he says looking down, 

i take one of my hands from his and lift it and make him look at me, a huge smile is across my face and i pull his face to me and i press my lips to his, he kisses back and i pull away, 

"i love you too"

he smiled and i put both my hands on the sides of his head and pull him towards me, he kisses me and his arms go around my waist, he bends over slightly so im arched and pressed against his chest, he licks my bottom lip and i let him in he explores my mouth and i moan, i feel him smirk and i bite his lip gently, he moans and then he sucks on my tongue, i moan and my legs go weak, Jack holds me up, we break away for air, we stand straight and he puts his forehead on mine, he smirks at me,

"irresistible am i, doll?"

i slap his arm playfully and i blush,

"shut up!"i whined,

"your cute"

"shit!! I said i would go to Bruce's party tonight"

"did you? hmm...its a good thing im going too"he said with a devilish smirk on his face,

"what are you planning?"

he grins at me and his grin grows bigger...
