"Oh my god Danny sounds so dreamy" Miley sighed leaning into Jack who looked slightly peed off.

"Can you stop sighing about him" He snapped, his face flooding with jealousy. Miley giggled.

"I love it when you get jealous" She whispered and kissed his cheek, he grinned and pulled her closer, pressing his lips on hers.

"Okay P.D.A people" I screeched, as they began to make out. Miley pulled away from him and stuck her tongue out at me.

I laughed and took a sip of my milkshake. It was the morning after the party and we all decided to go down to the nearest cafe and talk about my love life, much to my disgust.

"So we can safely say James is not your prince charming"

"Well unless he can go from the prince of my dreams to the guy in the running for Jerk Award 2011 in two nights, then no." I replied angrily.

"Okay... Calm down girl!" Miley exclaimed. "So... Onto the next person on the list." She pulled out her notebook and, after scouring a line through James' name she read out the next one. "Paul Campbell. Do you know him Jake?"

"He's a wrestler." James told us and Miley started to laugh ecstatically.

"That Paul! Oh this is going to be interesting!" Miley remarked.

I almost didn't want to know. Almost.

"Why?" I asked eventually.

"He has a girlfriend."

"Well it can't be him then, too bad." I said quickly diving for the notebook to read out the next name but Miley whipped it away.

"Bad Hayley." She chastised. "It could be him because everyone knows he is a flirt."

"A big flirt." Jake inputted.

"Makes girls swoon flirt. Causing girls to fall at his feet flirt. I want to get in your bed flirt." Miley confirmed.

"So?"

"So don't fall for him, whatever you do because his girlfriend will not be happy." Miley promised me.

"Who's his girlfriend?"

"Lindsay Taylor." She picked up her yearbook and began to flick through the pages. I didn't need to show her a picture though. I knew who Lindsay was well enough.

Let’s just say we didn't get off to a great start.

~Flashback~

It was my first day and I was so upset. Firstly, I had been dragged here to a village in the middle of nowhere, where I am forced to start a new school two months from the end of school right in the middle of all our GCSE exams.

Did I get a choice in this?

No I did not.

I hated my parents so much right now. They had to split so close to my exams. And now I have to move out with my mum in the village, where I know no one at all and I don't get to see my dad.

So first day here and I was climbing up the front steps of my new school - Bernard’s high school.

I'm sorry to say that it was just like I had expected. All the children were already in their groups and as I walked past them, they all turned to stare at me. I was the new girl. Again. But I wasn't going to let this get me any further down than I already was - it couldn't be that bad could it.
