I see it in your eyes,
The woman in disguise,
Your lies, your lies...
All black dress burns up your skin,
These movements break you sin for sin.
You're outnumbered,
You don't care,
The death of innocence from your stare.
A broken heart
With a brand new start,
To chop you down to size.
We'll wait all night,
To see this lady in white,
Dance so eloquently under the moonlight.
With beauty and bliss,
You'll always miss
Those dreams you chased and sought after.
You'll laugh all day
Under these sunlit rays,
Letting the light adorn you.
The woman in black
Keeps you in track
She'll haunt you in your nightmares.
The one regret,
But you'll never forget
The way your love was never fonder.
Contrast my life of black and white.
This new found sight,
Of my memories that fade away,
Please add a touch of gray.
