Aria stood next to Nina bed while she held Nina hand tightly. "Nina, what's happening to you? First it was about Jack, then Mickey and now... It the Spanish guy... Why didn't you..." Aria said but stopped as she felt a tighten grip from Nina's hand.

Aria stared at Nina's face as Nina eyes fluttered opened, "Oh Nina, you're alive." she said as she started to cry with joy.

Before Nina could respond, the door opened and Rivet came in with a surprised look. "River, look Nina is awake," Aria told River. "I'll get Dr. Paige."

"Hey, you're finally up sleep head." River said as his eyes started to become watery.

"Hey."

"Nina, you're really up," he said as he touched her cheeks.

"Where am I? What happen?" She said as she coughed.

River grabbed a cup of water and gave it to Nina before he spoke, "You're at the hospital..."

A knock at the door cut River off, Dr. Paige came in with Aria behind her. "Hi Ms. Baker, I'm Dr. Paige. I am your doctor for this stay. How are you feeling? Do you know where you are?" Dr. Paige asked.

"Hi Dr. Paige, it's nice to meet you. It's ok if you call me Nina. I'm ok... A little bit thirsty but River gave me some water. I'm at the hospital."

"Ok that's great you need a lot of fluid in you... Do you remember what happen?"

"Umm well I remember that I was having breakfast at home with River and then something happened... Wait me and my dad had a fight and I had to get out of the house. And when I got out, me and River was supposed to head back to his house... I was on the street.. And I felt pain on my stomach..." Nina said.

Nina watched as her memories rushes back to her, she saw her father yelled at her, called her a whore, and threw her breakfast at her. Then she saw herself outside of the house in the middle of the road, she couldn't move as the car headed her way and the next thing she knew River was on top of her with a red spot on his shirt. Nina felt her checks wet as she looked toward Dr. Paige.

"What happen? How am I alive? River you were bleeding?" Nina asked in a panic tone.

"Ok Nina, just calm down... Breathe in... And breathe out... You were in a car accident and a shard of porcelain glass was in your right lower abdomen. You lost a lot of blood and you hit your head hard causing you to go into a coma."

"I was in a coma? How long was I in a coma for?"

"You were asleep for a week and a half." Dr. Paige answered as she gave Nina a checkup.

While Dr. Paige looked at Nina, Aria and River stood on the corner. "What did you do? Whatever you did it was miracle. I'm grateful that you did whatever you did." River said excitedly as he hugged Aria tightly.

"I didn't do anything, I was just talking to Nina," she said as she laughed.

"Well whatever you said work... By the way what did you say?"

"I was talking about everything that we just found out and then I spoke about that Spanish man... That's when I felt Nina hand move."

"What, that's what woke her up. That can't be."

River walked towards Nina's bed and whispered into Dr. Paige's ear.

Nina looked at River and Dr. Paige as they whispered together. "What are you guys whispering about?" Nina asked.
