Cloud Strife x Reader - You're Wonderful

Chapter 1

Ok so, this is my first ever fan fiction so I really apologies if it sucks. There will also probably be some ooc at points and some swearing. I hope it's not too bad and I hope you enjoy it reader Chan~

You rubbed your hands together as you walked back from your trip to the shops, the cold air nipping at your, now red, fingers. Tifa asked you to pick up a few things for her as she was busy with the bar. The streets of Midgar were bustling as per usual, people going about their daily lives. You always wondered what it was like in other people's lives, what they did, what their home lives were like, how they saw the world. Was it different from how you saw it? Or was it the same?

You approached the Seventh Heaven bar and opened the door. On your way in you recognised some very familiar black spiky hair, "Zack!" You grinned ear to ear as the tall man turned to look at you. "Yo lil sis! How've you been?". You walked up to your older brother and briefly but tightly hugged him. You peered up at his face and replied- "I've been good thanks~ Where's Aerith?" "She's down in the church tending the flowers- oh that reminds me.. She told me to give you these" The ravenette handed you a bunch of (fav flowers). You took them, gazing at their beauty and sniffed them. "Thank you Zack" You smiled and walked past him into the kitchen. He followed. You placed the flowers on the side and got a vase out of the cupboard, you took the band off of the flowers and placed them in the jug. You ran the tap and made sure to put just the right amount of water in and then proceeded to place it on the windowsill. "There" you spoke mostly to yourself. Zack spoke up from the doorway and told you he'd better get going as he had work to do. You waved goodbye after he shouted bye to Tifa, who was upstairs, and then he sped off on his bike.

After you,Tifa and the kids had dinner you helped Tifa behind the bar for a while until the customers started to die down and then did the washing up. You didn't have anything to do after that so, you decided to just sit on the sofa and read for a while and Tifa went to bed as it was quite late now. After about 30 minutes of reading your mind started to wonder off. The topic your mind decided to conjure up was of a certain blonde haired, mako eyed man who's name was, you guessed it, Cloud Strife. You'd had a crush on Cloud for a long while now, he just seemed to mesmerise you, everything about him from his gravity defying hair to his well built body was just perfect in your eyes. Even his personality. You have known each other for a long time now, thinking about it, it was ever since he and your brother became friends you two started socialising with each other and from then on you became very close to one another. He hadn't been home for about a month now and you knew it was because of his job but you couldn't help but worry about him. You must've been lost in your thought because when you looked at you phone the clock read 00:30. "Oops" you muttered to yourself as you walked up the stairs and got ready for and jumped into your cosy bed.
