"The key to overcoming the pain in your life is to realize that though pain is something that is inevitably a part of life, we have the choice of whether we are going to wallow in it and suffer, or move on from it, and do our best to let it go." - Anurag Prakash Ray
A few days later . . .
"Chy stop being difficult and let's go," Tahj yelled at me from the bathroom. I kicked my feet childishly under the covers of the bed because I didn't want to leave.
"I'm not going!" I yelled back. I just wish he would stop trying to get me to go with him already. He had been bugging me for the past hour and a half and rushing me to get ready when I kept telling him I wasn't going.
I had yet to get up out of bed, shower, or do anything to even make it seem like I wanted to go. It was weird being around Blaze for the past two days getting shaded and talked about. While my boyfriend through in his insults without even knowing it was me Blaze was speaking on.
He would always think of a way to bring up the situation about getting set up around Tahj just to make me uncomfortable. He knew what he was doing and he was having fun doing it; and today I didn't wanna be around it. It's my last day in New York so I wanna at least do something fun before I go back home.
Tahj appeared from the bathroom and picked up his hat from the desk chair and slipped it on.
"You mad?" I questioned watching him maneuver around the room getting his things together so he could leave.
"Nope," he answered quickly. I rolled my eyes at him because he was clearly mad that I didn't wanna hang with him and his brother.
"Yes you are, I hear it all in your voice. Plus I'm gonna hang with Ryelle today because I promised her I would yesterday since I haven't spent that much time with her."
He looked up at me after securing his watch on his wrist and nodded his head. "Aight."
"So you done being mad?"
"I was never mad."
"Yes you were." I responded.
"They wanna see you mad, they don't want you to be happy and concentrate on getting everything together so you won't leave anything and have to come back." He recited impersonating DJ Khaled. "You are the they Chyna, tighten up princess." He laughed.
"I really can't stand you," I laughed with him. He then walked over to me and kissed my lips a few times before walking out of the hotel room.
"I love you."
"I love you too." I replied, then watched him leave out of the room.
