Chapter one:My Life

Aleena:

I gasped blinking the vision was over and i was still standing on the cliff,i was horrified with what i just saw. Who was that mysterious man,why did he look like that,who was the person ripped that persons throat,out and why was i holding a sword?! I would have stayed there all day thinking about those questions if a voice hadn't said "I still cant believe you haven't broken your neck get down from there your dads looking for you" I couldnt resist rolling my eyes.

I leaped from rock to rock not minding landing on them with my bare feet most of the rocks surfaces were smooth,so i didnt land on anything sharp. When i made it down i looked into the face of Sydney Robinson she was 14 the same age as me she had dark brown hair that went to her shoulder blades. Dark chocolate brown eyes that always seemed to be narrowed. Lightly tanned skins since her mom apperently came from hawii she always looks tan no matter were she goes.

She had long eyelashes over her eyes and full lips she had some nice curves that guys would like too. Unfortunantley for them if they even tried it they would wind up in the hospital she usually wore torn jeans combat boots and an army jacket her hair up un a pony tail. Today was no exception as we started to walk through the mountains Sydney said "I dont get why you enjoy just standing there i understand rock climbing but i enjoy actully getting to the top" She said.

"Well i just find it peacefull" I said grinning.

"By the way i was able too get the spider in Dereks sock drawer" Sydney said.

I started to crack up "Your brilliant" I said.

"I know" Sydney said crossing her arms.

Eventually we made it to the forest part of the mountains were the cabin was hidden. It looked pretty small but thats because there was a staircase that led underground i walked inside wiping my feet on the carpet i didnt see anyone in the front room there was a couch a couple of chairs a tv and a bookshelf there. "Dad!?" I shouted.

"Im in my lab sweetie" The voice of my father shouted.

Rolling my eyes i headed downstairs and almost crashed into Ashley she was a 6 year old girl with light brown hair with some gold in it if you glanced at it in the sunlight. She had wide blue eyes and pale skin with freckles across her nose and cheeks she was pale though she spent alot of her time outside. She looked up at me and smiled "Hi Aleena" She said.

"Hi ash your brother awake yet?" I asked.

"Nope nope nope" She said.

I patted her head "Your brothers nocturnal" I said.

"That means hes awake at night right?" She asked.

"Yep and for that you get the cookies i have hidden in the kitchen two drawers over and three drawers down" I said.

She ran to the kitchen in excitement and i smiled its impossible not too smile with her around. I walked past a couple of rooms till i reached my dads lab i opened the door the lab had alot of technology i couldnt describe. He was sitting on his chair groaning "Aleena how many times have i told you to knock?" He asked.

"As many times as i haven't knocked" i said walking over.

My father sighed looking up at her he had green eyes under glasses that made his eyes look huge and very pale blond hair that looked almost white. He was semi pale like he hasn't been outside for a few days which he probrablly hasn't. We both smirked at eachother me and my dad both kissed the back of our hands and put it agianst eachothers cheeks we've been doing that ever since i was little most people would think its dorky but i actully likes it.

"Ok so what did you want to talk to me about" I asked

"I need you to go down to the town and get some food supplies" Her father said.
