/ 2nd person POV...I think /
"I can't, I won't and I WON'T!", Tomoe yelled while he walked to his room, you following him.
"C'mon Tomoe, why not give it a shot? It can't be that bad!", you said, trying to calm your lover down. But nothing worked.
'I made him my familiar!' That phrase kept repeating in Tomoe's mind.
'How can she make someone her familiar without asking me!? Now this shrine is going down for real...' , the yokai thought and sat down on a chair in his room, head in his hands. You entered after him and stood in front of Tomoe.
"Nanami is allowed to choose her familiar, Tomoe. And if she wants that Mizuki guy than we can't change that...why do you care about this so much anyway?", you asked, hands on your hips. Tomoe frowned and looked at you.
"I just care about this place a lot, okay? You don't have to know any other details..."
Tomoe than sighed and stood up, walking around in the room until he suddenly grabbed your wrists and pulled you close to his chest, looking down at you.
"(y/n)...promise me you won't leave my side, alright?", Tomoe asked you, his purple fox eyes showing some kind of fear.
"W-what? Tomoe why are you suddenly-"
"Just promise me this...", he interupted you. Thinking a little bit at first you noded slowly.
"Thank you", he whispered and gently took your chin in his hands, his face reaching closer until his lips brushed against yours. Your eyes widdened slightly and you blushed, but soon relaxed into the kiss.
"Hey" A voice suddenly spoke up and Mizuki stood right in front of you. Tomoe partened in shock and grabbed Mizuk 's neck.
"WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING HERE!?", Tomoe yelled at him and in the next moment he was chasing him with fox fire through the entire shrine while you stood in Tomoe's room, blushing a deep shade of red.
'This will be a very lot of trouble', you thought while you got out of the room and went back to Nanami, sitting down next to her.
"So...I think we should order our boys to stop this, shouldn't we?", you asked her and she noded, than you both stood up and shouted:
"TOMOE! STOP THIS RIGHT NOW AND COME HERE!"
"MIZUKI COME HERE!"
And being the familiar of both of you, they did as you said. Tomoe stood in front of you and Mizuki in front of Nanami.
"Tomoe, I want you to try to get along with Mizuki, alright?", you ordered Tomoe and he noded, even if it seemed like he totaly didn't wanted this. You thanked him and kissed him on the cheek and out of the corner of your eye you could see Nanami doing the same.
After having this done, everyone got ready for going to sleep since it was already late. You were lying in your bed, one arm over your eyes and the other one on your stomach, and laid there completly awake.
Suddenly, you heard someone opening and closing the door. You moved your arm and saw that it was Tomoe.
"Awake as well?", you asked and watched while he sat down on the other edge of your bed. He noded.
"And I see you cut your hair back to short...I don't know if that's the right time t-"
"(Y/n)", Tomoe interupted you before you could finish your sentence. You wanted to sat up to get a better look at him but he suddenly pushed you back down and hovered aboth you.
"T-tomoe!?", you gasped, your cheeks turning into a deep shade of red. Tomoe's face came closer to yours, your heart started beating way more faster than before. Your eyes were wide and you were trapped underneath the fox yokai.
"Listen to me", he said and leaned his forehead carefully against yours.
"Don't believe anything that Mizuki might tell you. He thinks he knows me but he doesn't. Not at all. So just stay away from him...or at least try to not interact with him, alright? I'm saying this just because I love you and because I care about you more than anything in this world."
You looked kinda shocked and confused after he said that but noded anyway. A smile formed on Tomoe's lips and he stroked your cheek gently.
'This is really confusing...It sounds like Mizuki is a really bad guy...'. A little while later you and Tomoe got tired and Tomoe laid down next to you, bringing you close to his chest. You yawned and kissed him one last time before you both fell asleep.
/ Nanami's POV /
I had the best idea ever!
On the next day, I called everyone in the shrine to the kitchen to announce something I planned:
"Okay, so because Tomoe and Mizuki still have to work things out and because we all need a little free time together, we are going to take a trip", I said with a bright smile and Mizuki joined me.
"That's a great idea, Nanami-chan!", he cheered with a smile. (Y/N) smiled too and Tomoe just looked annoyed.
"No", he simply said and stood up, but I wouldn't let him go so easily!
"We will go on this trip to become better friends!!! We need such a thing right now!!!", I yelled at him and he backed away slightly and widened his eyes.
"Yeah okay...", he mumbled and my bright smile returned.
"Great! I'm sure we will Al have lots of fun!"
