I will tell you right now, without any payment or anything, making fifteen beds and cleaning a bunkhouse IS NOT something you want to do with a hangover, AT ALL. I collapsed onto my own bed as soon as I could do so. Moaning as I pulled the blankets over myself, “Sleeeep, must sleeeep!” I groaned loudly, burying my face into my pillow I welcomed the wave of sleep washing over me,
“Hey baby girl,” Jacob’s cheerful voice interrupted it,
“Jacob!” I whined, “I only just got to sleep!” He laughed,
“You haven’t had any dinner baby, are you really going to bed?” He asked,
“Bring me something?” I asked, rolling over and giving him my best puppy dog eyes, pouting and everything,
“Fine,” He sighed, “But only because I love you!”
“Love you too,” I smiled, “Go! I want to go back to sleep!” He sighed as he left the room; I heard voices and footsteps around the house as I waited,
“Hey Maggie!” Harley collapsed on the bed beside me, his weight made the bed sag and I rolled towards him,
“Shhh. Quiet time Harley,” I put my hand over his mouth, only to pull it away seconds later covered in saliva, “Harley! Did you really have to lick me?” I punched him lightly,
“The answer, yes. Another question, why is Jacob making food in our kitchen?” He asked,
“Our kitchen?”I laughed, “You haven’t fully moved in yet, dork. And he is making me dinner, so I can sleep this headache off. I am going to teach the team tomorrow.” I explained,
“Don’t our visitors arrive tomorrow?”
“Possibly. I think so.” I shrugged,
“You don’t want to be here for that?” He rolled over to face me,
“Nah, we have like three months with them.” I shrugged again,
“True,” He took a peice of my hair and started twirling it in his fingers, “Looking forward to teaching?”
“Maybe, depends who I get stuck with,” I rolled my eyes, “If I get stuck with Cherry I will cry.” Harley laughed, Cherry was the same year as us at school until she got put down a year when we first started high school, she claims she asked to be. We all know it’s because she is too dipshit.
“That would defiantly be something to cry about.” He laughed again. Cherry was a bitch, putting it simply. Bleach blonde, faked tanned, wears contacts, pretty much the fakest bitch you will ever see
“What’s something to cry about?” Jake asked, setting down some food and a drink on my desk,
“Nothing babe,” I smiled at Harley, “Just talking about some best friend stuff.”
“Yes,” Harley nudged me softly, “Best friend stuff.” Jake frowned,
“Well, Harley, been lovely talking to you. But go make some dinner or something.” I kissed him on the cheek, then started pushing him off the bed,
“I defiantly know when I am not wanted.” Harley smiled as he rolled off the mattress. Jake watched him leave, then crossed the room and shut the door,
“Going to tell me what that was about?” He folded his arms,
“Going to pass me my dinner?” I folded my arms too,
“I made you some bacon sammies.” He handed me the plate, then sat down beside me,
“Thanks,” I smiled at him, “Harley and I were talking about who I might be teaching tomorrow.” Okay, so it wasn’t the entire truth, but still...
