Darry pulled into he driveway to my house... That sounds odd. MY house. 16 years old and I'm living all alone. Dally took my hand and I unlocked the door and we all went inside. "Guys, make yourselves at home, I'm gonna go change." I smiled and went upstairs. I put on a pair of jeans and a v-neck sweater. I felt the necklace Dally had given me against my skin. It was beautiful. Just a simple heart shape. I was about to go back downstairs when someone knocked. I opened the door and Dally was standing there, smiling. "Can I take my suit off now?" He laughed. I smirked and pulled him into the room by his tie.

He smiled devilishly. "So, I was thinkin', what if we told the guys today that we're "a thing", I mean I think they'd take it well." He smiled. "Not Sodapop." I looked at the ground. "What?" Dally looked at me. "Dallas, ok so Sodapop apparently likes me. He's a good guy and all, but I've got you." I smiled and he nodded. "I just don't wanna hurt his feelings, but I'm still gonna tell everyone, I'll find a way to make it less hard on em'." I smiled and opened the door. "Come back down when you're done changing." I winked and shut the door behind me.

All the guys were sitting on the furniture and they all looked up at me and smiled. "Hey Jana, you got any good food?" Steve looked at me. "Anything in the kitchen go ahead and eat." I smiled and him and Two-bit ran into the kitchen. Dally came downstairs and I smiled. "Hey Soda, will you help me with somethin' outside for a sec?" I looked at him and he stood up. "Anything ya need!" He smiled and we walked outside.

I sat down on the front porch. The sun was starting to set. I didn't realize how late it was. Soda sat next to me. "What did you need help with Jana?" He smiled and I melted. I hated that I was so attracted to him when I still had Dallas. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. "Ok, I know how you feel about me Soda. I think that's the sweetest thing, but I wanted to tell you first before we told any of the other guys, me and Dally are together now. I know it might hurt you, but Dally truly makes me happy. But you do too. I guess I'm just askin' don't be mad, I need all the support I can get right now, can I have an amazing best friend that I know cares about me like crazy and that I know will compliment me because he thinks I'm good lookin' and he's a doll too?" I looked at him and bit my lip nervously. He scratches the back of his head. "Wow! Who told you how I felt about ya?" He giggled. "Two-bit." I smiled. "I shoulda know!" He laughed then looked back up at me. "But, I'm not mad at all, I want you to be happy, and if Dally's what makes you happy then so be it. I think being your best friend would be amazing, so I gladly accept!" He smiled. "Really!?" I smiled. "Really!" He laughed and I hugged him. "Thank you Sodapop!" I smiled. "You're welcome Jana." He smiled back and we went back inside.

We went into the living room and I looked at Dally. He looked back and I nodded and he stood up. "Guys, I gotta tell y'all somethin'" I smiled and their attention focused on me. "So, me and Dally have been spending a lot of time together and yesterday, he asked me to be his, so now we're together!" I smiled and looked at Dally. The guys all smiled. "I was waiting! I knew it was gonna happen!" Ponyboy laughed. I rolled my eyes and sat down with Dally.

I turned on the TV and there was nothin' good on. "Do y'all like music? I got a bunch of records." I smiled. "What kind? Can I look at em'?" Soda smiled. "Sure, they're in my bedroom, c'mon." I started going upstairs and Soda followed. I walked into my bedroom and Soda looked around. "Your room is so cool! I wish I had my own room sometimes, well I mean my own bed, sharing with Ponyboy is ok and all but I'd love to have my own bed so I could stretch out." He laughed. "I don't think I'd like sharin' a room all that much, I'm so used to being alone that it'd be weird I guess." I shrugged. Soda nodded.
