~Angela's POV~
Tuesday, June 14th
"Good morning sunshine." Sam said from behind me as he kissed my cheek. I turned over to face him.
"This is a good way to wake up." I smile and kiss his lips.
"I love you" he whispers against my lips.
"I love you too" I reply against his. I put my hands on his bare chest and he puts his my waist.
"Maybe we should put some clothes on" I laugh and start to get up. He grabs my wrist and pulls me back down.
"Or.." He smiles and kisses me. I smile into the kiss then pull away.
"Chris and Skate are downstairs." I laugh.
"Yo Skate!" He yells.
"What?!" Skate yells back.
"Leave!" Sam yells.
"I'm kinda busy!" Skate yells his reply.
"With what?!" Sam yells again making me laugh.
"With me!" Christina yells.
"Oh shit.." We both laugh.
"Sorry! Use protection!" He yells to them.
"You too!!" Skate yells immediately making me blush. He looks at me with a smirk on his face.
"Oh no. We are not doing that right now." I laugh and stand up walking over to my dresser with my blanket wrapped around me. I grab two bikinis, a white and a black and hold them up.
"Wanna go swimming?" I ask.
"Pool or beach?" He puts his hands behind his head and lays back.
"Surprise me" I laugh. "Which one?"
"Surprise me" he mocks. I drop my blanket and but on the black bikini.
"Ooo my favorite." He laughs hugging me from behind with a blanket wrapped around his waist.
"Ha ha. Very funny. Now go put yours on so we can leave those two alone.." I laugh. He goes over to the dresser and grabs his trunks from the top. He stays here a lot so he just leaves his clothes here and I wash them for him, and he does the same for me at his house.
"Ready" he says and I turn around.
"Ooo my favorite" I mock him making us both laugh.
"Shall we?" He puts out his arm for me to hold onto and I grab it allowing him to lead me downstairs.
"Thank god they are in the basement.." I laugh. Sam pulls his arm away from me and picks me up wrapping my legs around his waist making me laugh.
"What are you doing?" I ask
"Just being romantic now hold on!" He says and runs out the door and jumps into the pool in the back yard. Luckily the deep end is facing the house. We get above surface and I'm still holding onto him. We both start laughing as he wipes the hair out of my face.
"I love you Angie" he says and kisses my forehead.
"I love you Sammy" I reply and kiss his cheek. I let go of him and start swimming to the edge of the pool. He swims towards me and holds onto the edge like me.
"So, we finally are in this." He randomly says.
"In what?" I ask
"A summer romance. I thought you said you couldn't handle the long distance after summer ends?" He replies.
"Well for you, it's worth a try." I look at him.
"And we're graduating next year, we can visit. I mean you only live a few states away." He says.
"A few states is still a distance. Nebraska to Ohio is a long ways to drive and flights are really expensive." I tell him.
"But you're worth it. Besides. I have a job that'll cover it." He says
"Wait what?" I say shocked.
"Oh. Oops. Me and Skate were-" he gets cut off.
"CANNON BALL!!!" Skate runs in the pool and makes a huge splash. Christina follows after.
"So what are we talking about?" Skate asks swimming to the other side of Sam with Christina by his side.
"Um I kinda spilled a little.." Sam told Nate.
"Then let's just tell them now." Skate says to Sam.
"Ok but before we do anything, HOT TUB!!" Sam and Skate climb out of the pool and get into the hot tub, turning it on. Us girls follow in pursuit.
"So tell us" Chris said.
"Ok well we got a record deal. We start Monday" Skate says.
"That's awesome!" Me and Chris say simultaneously.
"And there's more." Skate says.
"After we record the song, we are filming a music video for it and we want you both in it." Sam says.
"What song?" I ask.
"Wassup. We finished writing it last week." Skate says.
"Oh is that the one that goes "i be on the road for a minute, I be selling shows, getting hoes for a minute." Christina sings. And skates jaw drops.
"Yea" Sam says pushing Skates jaw back up.
"Can we go somewhere?" Sam whispers in my ear. I nod my head. We get out of the hot tub and he grabs two towels and he hands me one. I dry off and toss the towel. He grabs my hand and leads me out the back gate and onto the beach. After a few minutes of walking, we reach a secluded part of the beach. It's not private but not a lot of people come over here because it's sort of grassy. There is a big smooth rock that he helps me onto. He sits next to me, our feet hanging off.
"This is where I like to go when I'm upset, or need to think. I've never shown anyone this. I know it's not exactly private but, no one knows where to find me when I come here. Not until today" he smiles at me and holds my hand.
"But why me? Why not Skate?" I ask
"Because if I'm ever upset, you know how to calm me down, not him. You're the only person that makes me smile when I'm sad." He kisses me.
"I love you." I say while looking into his eyes.
"I love you too" he responds. I lay my head on his shoulder as we watch the waves crash into the beach.
