You got that Sunshine smile, it goes on for miles
You look at me through ocean blue orbs and I turn my head to the tiles
Your distance is calling my name begging me to come near you
I wanna hold your hand but I'm stuck here singing the blues
You'll never know the thoughts that process through my brain
We're so different, you see the world in color but I see the world in grey
When I see you with that girl it's kind of hard to hide the pain
But you make up for all the pain you don't know you bring
by showing off that Sunshine smile
And then the only color I can see
is the red heat rising in my cheeks
I want to see more color
Give me a glance that assures me someday you'll show me the others
