THIRD PERSON POV

"They won't let me see her"

"The elders haven't finished yet" Zoe spoke in a deep voice "Caleb has to guid her soul to heaven as well.

Noah's heart stung at the thought of Elyza's soul going to heaven. It indicated that she was truly gone, there was no going back and he didn't know if he would be able to live anymore. She was all he had left, all he loved and now she was gone too, what else did he have to live for?
The creak of the door brought him standing. Caleb and Rose came into the room hand in hand with a somber expression, it was as if someone had put a dark cloud over their heads and they couldn't bare to life their eyes from the ground and even though they did, their eyes looked completely hollow.

Thalia came in too, with a small hand wrapped around Hers. With a small body stomping his feet in sync with hers, with wet tears on his face. He lifted his eyes and looked at Noah, he let go of Thalia's hand and ran; ran so fast and then disappeared into thin air. Completely Gone, Zoe and Noah gave each other glances as Zoe pointed in front of Noah. He followed her finger and watched Josh appear out of thin air and crush his body into Noah's legs, wrapping his little arms around them, burying his face in between his legs.

Noah took pity and hauled him up into his arms, Josh's glassy eyes reminded him so much of Elyza's eyes. How calm and soothing they were, they were an ocean and he got lost in its waves time and time again. "I miss her" he mumbled and sniffed.

"I miss her too" Noah replied quietly. He couldn't rid the painful sting in his chest.

"Don't leave us, you remind me of her" he said.

Noah promised not to leave him, he promised to be there in the aspects of his life Elyza should have been in.
He placed Josh into the floor and listened close to what the adults were saying.

"Did you guid her soul to heaven?" A ghostly figure said. Her eyes were a pale shade of gold, her skin almost translucent, her pale silk dress hugged her curves tightly and her posture was better than everyone else's who slouched.

"Yes but-" Caleb began but hesitated "Her soul was blue"

"Is that a bad thing?" Zoe asked skeptically.

"No but if a person soul's blue, it means their death wasn't justified. It mans they had no right to die, that their death was a mistake" he said slowly, trying to put pieces together to make the puzzle make sense.

Noah narrowed his eyes "You're saying that she wasn't suppose to die?"

He nodded "It means...we might be able to bring her back, if she isn't meant to be dead then she shouldn't be dead"

Noah's heart throbbed at the thought of bringing her back. He had to have her back "How do we bring her back?"

"That's the thing" Caleb sighed "I don't know how"

"There is one way" said the ghostly figure "A true loves kiss from one who is pure of heart"

All eyes slowly turned to Noah with hope in their eyes. With hopeful expressions, they seemed to be less sad after hearing they could save her, they seemed to have become more alive. Noah noticed them staring and lowered his head and shook it "It can't be me"

"Why not?" Aric interrupted "I don't know if you've noticed but a true loves kiss is meant to come from someone you love"

"But Zoe loves her, her parents love her?-"
