Perrie's POV:

I woke up to my alarm clock trying to have a screaming contest with itself. I wouldn't have moved if it wasn't for the fact that Ally had school and I had to get to the hospital. Luckily, the tug of war with myself and where I needed to be was almost over. Katelyn would be getting out of the hospital in a few days.

I rolled out of bed with no desire to really be awake. I got a shower and ready for the day before going out to wake up Ally.

I went to knock but found the door was already open. I looked inside not seeing Ally. I started to panic having flashbacks of the day she was kidnapped. I ran around the house in a fright until I reached the kitchen. There she was sitting at the table eating breakfast. I sighed of relief.

"Ally you scared me to death!" I laughed in spite of myself. I began making my breakfast.

"Oh sorry, mum. I'm kind of used to....being home alone, I guess," I could hear the sadness in her tone. I walked over to her and pulled her towards me, giving her a hug. She tightly hugged me back showing longing for motherly love.

"I'm so sorry I let that happen to you. I've been so busy lately I didn't notice you didn't have anyone with you. I'm sorry," I held her head to my chest as I apologized, feeling like a horrible mother.

"It's okay. I don't blame you. A lot has happened. Things that you can't control the outcome of," she replied not relenting my embrace.

"I just- you were alone," I countered still feeling guilty

"Don't worry about it, I had Hatchi and Prada with me," Ally said playfully. I laughed and pulled away, continuing to make my breakfast.

After I dropped Ally off at school, I went to the hospital.

When I arrived in Katelyn's room, her and Harry were laughing away at who knows what. I watched them for a moment, smiling.

"Hi," I said slightly laughing with them.

"Hello Perrie," Harry said turning to face me from where he was sitting.

"How did your night go?" I asked walking the rest if the way in the room.

"It went great! We had breakfast together and we even went on a lovely walk," he replied. I laughed and Katelyn nodded to confirm.

"I'm glad to hear that," I smiled and sat down in the chair next to Harry as we watched movies on the little telly in the corner of the room.

"Well, I have to go pick up Ally," I said grabbing my car keys. Harry jumped up and ran to my side.

"Here, let me go. You need to relax a little bit," he offered putting a gentle hand on my shoulder. I smiled sadly looking in his eyes.

"Are you sure? There might be paparazzi," I said and he nodded putting my car keys down.

"Don't worry. I can keep her safe. I won't let a single paparazzi lay a finger on her," he pleaded for me to let him simply pick up my daughter from school.

"What about you?" I asked him feeling a bit hesitant. I mean, he's Harry Styles! There's bound to be either fans or paparazzi everywhere he went.

"I'll be fine. It's you that you should be caring for right now. Today should be a you kind of day," he said. I ran my fingers through my hair, stressed out.

"Go ahead. I don't know why I made a big deal about this anyway," I said and he was out the door. He always made a point of taking care of my family.
