Part 3
♦Flashback 2.55♦Xalia
Once I turned around, I noticed him staring at me. He didn't look away though, he kept the eye contact. Normally, if you make eye contact with a stranger, it's awkward and accidental so you drop your gaze.
He didn't.
He stared like he had never seen me before. It was exhilarating in a way. All these girls and he only wanted to look at me.
Primo.
He watched me and I felt shy, even though this wasn't our first time meeting like this. But it felt like it, he just make me fall for him over again. I looked down with a smile and when I looked up, Primo was still staring. Eyes at me. Eyes on me. Eyes in me.
Flip, him staring at me was affecting me somehow, worse than how we met. That's when Sasparilla, my inner voice, decided to speak up. Maybe because you know what's going to happen in the aftermath of this?
I couldn't lie. I was practically shaking in anticipation. Whilst I looked to the side for a second, he was pulled back and when I turned around, I couldn't find him. It was like he just disappeared into the darkness.
Straining my eyes didn't even help find Primo to where he had disappeared to. Maybe I needed a drink and I'd be fine. I'll find him later.
I had to pass through the sea of bodies that moved in different directions but all to the same beat. It was practically hypnotizing and I felt like going back to dance. I shook my head. No. Drink a bit and you can relax, I told myself. Then you don't have to worry about Primo and the events that would took place would fall one after the other.
When I got to the bar, there was a man behind the counter already moving towards me, ready to take his order. I raised my eyebrow as I took a step back. Even though he was over the counter, he moved too fast for my looking. His hair was platinum, veering on silver and his gray-hazel eyes seemed to pop out against his nearly pale tan skin. He was attractive but not enough for me to grab him across the counter and do behind it. [ Sozza , I don't think this person exists ; P ]
"Hey Beautiful. What's your pick?"
"My name's not beautiful and I want a Cosmo. Vodka, triple sec, squeezed lime juice and instead of cranberry juice, I want blackberry if you have that. If you don't, I'll be fine with the cranberry."
His perfectly shaped eyebrow raised in an impressed manner. I did not have time for chit chat. I needed to find Primo again!
"Very specific. Be back in a sec."
I gave a quick forced smile just to be polite. Go make my flipping drink and we won't have a problem! He came back in double quick time and placed the drink on the counter and slid it towards me. When I was about to take it up, he grabbed my hand and pushed it softly but with a force that made the glass shake, making some of the drink spill out.
