Chapter Ten

Morning came. I stood up and stretch my arms and body. I never thought of what to do today. Then, I remembered. I'll be going to my store branch today. I quickly called my secretary and told her to call the branch manager there. A minute of waiting, they said it's okay and that they have security guards already station if there might be chaos.

Knock knock

"Yes?" I said.

"Dohee-ah? Are we really going to your store today?" Hoshi asked.

"Yeah. I'm preparing myself now." I lied, I didn't even take a bath yet.

"Ah! I should prepare myself too. Wait for me if you're done." He said as his voice faded slowly. I bet he rushed to his room.

I went into the shower and did a thorough cleansing. It's really cold and I like it.

After I went to the closet to look for a suitable dress.

"Hmmm, casual look with jeans and shirt... or a cocktail elegant dress... or a long dress... or shorts?" I murmured.

Since it's a little cold outside I should wear something warm. Also it should be minimal so that I won't be recognized easily.

After looking for dresses to use, I ended up using denim long sleeves topped with a gray fine knitted jacket and black jeans, closed shoes with a lift and a sassy bag and glasses to complete the look. [A/N: outfit on the media]

I let my hair fall over my shoulder and messed it a little. I wore thin makeup with not-so-thick eyeliner and shadow, a tint of fine pinkish color lip tint and peachy cheeks.

"Hmmmm, do I look fine now? Well, I think I passed." I murmured as I stood straight to look at my whole posture.

My bed sure is a mess. A lot of dresses and stuffs were put there. I decided to clean it up after the visit so I went out of my room.

As I went out, Hoshi got out of his room too. We stared for a while. I blinked and looked away first and fake coughed.

"I guess you're ready?" I said looking elsewhere.

He really looked handsome in white loose T-shirt with a black print that says BLACK and denim jeans.

"Yes. You look amazingly cute and stylish." He complemented.

I smiled at him in response.

"My keys, my keys... where are my keys." He murmured as he was rumbling into some stuffs at the table.

"Aha! Okay. Let's go!" He cheered an lead us the way out.

Hoshi pressed the elevator down button and when it opened, the old man was inside, probably lost again.

"Ajhussi." Hoshi greeted.

"Oh. Good morning. Seems like you're off for a date huh?" Mr. Kim said and playfully teased Hoshi again. I just silently went inside and bowed at the old man.

"No no no. She's going somewhere for business. I'm just tagging along." Hoshi replied, flustered.

The elevator door closed and we were silent until the old man started talking again.

"Hoshi, we've known each other for a year. Why don't you call me araboji? It's better than ajhussi." He said.

"A-araboji? Can I really?" Hoshi asked smiling.

"Of course! You too young lady, hmmm, Dohee right? Call me araboji when you see me. You're staying for a while anyway and we'll see each other often." He said looking at me.
