"Bye Ray! Hope you feel better" Geoff calls as Ray walks out the door.
"See ya Geoff!" Ray yells back. Ray was leaving early because he wasn't feeling well (so they thought). Ray had heard rumour that Beardo the Magnificent was planning to rob the famous 'Austin Jewellery' store. Ray had a 'Stomach Ache' and had to leave early so he could get changed and 'Stake Out' the store. Ray changed his clothes and got in his car and left to the 'Austin Jewellery' store. "This is gonna take forever!" Ray mumbled. Ray decided he would text Gavin to see how he was.
Ray: R u in England yet? I'm just at the jewellery store waiting for Beardo
Gavin: Yeah, I'm at Dan's.
It was pouring with rain outside at about 11:30pm when Ray was playing 'Temple Run' on his phone. A black van pulled up 5 spots next to Ray. He ducked down and locked his phone. 10 men jumped out and moved towards the side door. Ray slowly jumped out of his car and hid behind a bush. Ray saw Beardo looking around and his eyes fall on his spot. Beardo hadn't seen him thankfully. they all went inside the side door and closed it behind them. Ray snuck around the back and thumbled for the city key that the mayor had given them. He found the right key and opened the back door. Ray knew exactly what they were looking for which was the Diamond Pendent Earing's. Rumour had it that Beardo had found someone to share his crime earnings with. Beardo was in there picking them up gentle saying "Oooo YES! Caltor will like these a lot."
"Hold it Beardo" Ray said stiffly blocking the exit.
"OH NO! It's X-Ray! What am I going to do?" Beardo said sarcastically. "Get 'im boys"
3 of his henchmen came up and threw a punch at him. Ray swiftly dodged them and punched one of them in square in the nose, one in the stomach and kicked one in his cheek sending them all flying to the other side of the room. 5 more came at him. Ray first up punched one in the stomach before any of them went for him. Ray kicked another one in the stomach which pushed another one into the wall like dominoes. He gave the another kick into someone's back and kicked another one square in the jaw. The last two came at him. He quickly and swiftly kicked them into a wall. SMASH. Ray turned around, the window had been smashed and Beardo was gone the earing's as well. Ray jumped out the window and chased Beardo. Ray was extremely fast and crash tackled Beardo to the ground.
"WHAT! WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME??" Beardo yelled at Ray.
"I want those earings!" Ray said turning Beardo over and sitting on his stomach.
"Here. You take them." Beardo says panting out of breathe handing over the earing's.
"Now, do you work for anyone?" Ray says placing the earing's in his pocket.
"No." Beardo says.
"Who is the ringleader?" Ray says sternly.
"They call him 'The Fulcrum' and he has a pet platypus called 'Flatbush'. Do not underestimate the Fulcrum or Flatbush" Beardo says breathing heavily. Police sirens were heard in the distance.
"Your under arrest for the attempted theft of the Diamond Pendant Earing's. Anything you do or say I may use against you in court." Ray says as the police pull up.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS X-RAY!! YOU JUST WAIT! FOR MY NAME ISN'T BEARDO THE MAGNIFICENT!" Beardo yelled at Ray as the police pushed him into their car handcuffed. Ray chuckled. He always liked the name X-Ray.
