Chapter 20.

"Think something kehara think."

Since fajr kehara is trying to think of an excuse to take Mrs khan out of her house. she thought of every possible way but failed.

"Come on come on come on come on!  You can do this kehara shaikh. Think of something."

She is walking impatiently from one corner of her room to another. She has hardly twenty minutes left before Mr khan wakes up.

"Idea!" Kehara started searching her phone which is lost under her blanket. Finally after almost a minute she found it. She hurriedly called someone and placed the phone on her left ear.

"Hello."

"Aman. Aman open the door!" Someone knocked Aman's door. He tried to ignore it and sleep but that person is continuously knocking. After few minutes when he realised he have no other option he got up and opened the door.

"Aman!" Mrs khan screamed. Aman's eyes which were almost closed opened widely.

"Mom? What happened?" Mrs khan started walking towards the living room and Aman followed her.

"Kehara called. She said there is an emergency and wants me there right now. I'm going there. Please take care of everything." They reached kitchen and she pointing towards the teapot and said. " Tea is almost ready. Give it to your dad and wake him up please." They started to walk towards the main door. " And please make something for breakfast. InshaAllah I will be back soon." She said that and left not waiting for Aman's reply.

"Okay mom." He said as he saw her go.

"She is genius." He said and closed the door. Heading towards the kitchen, he put the tea in the cup and took it to his parents room. In a minute he reached there. Opening the door he went near the bed and kept the cup on the table next to it.

"Dad...dad wake up." Aman said shaking his father's hand. But he didn't move.

"Dad wake up. Your tea is ready." Mr khan moved this time but turned to the other side.Still sleeping. This time Aman shouted at the top of his lungs.

"DAD!" And Mr khan opened his eyes looking at him in confusion.

"Aman? What are you doing here?" Mr khan got up and took his tea in his hand and started drinking it.

"Mom had to go somewhere. So she told me to give you your bed tea."

"Where did she go this early?"

"There is an emergency. That's what kehara told her so she left."

"Okay. But when will she return?"

"As soon as the emergency is solved." Aman said and smiled and left the room as fast as he can. It's hard to lie to your parents. Isn't it?

Mrs khan reached Kehara's house in less than five minutes. She is scared because kehara was crying when she called. At least that is what she thought. when she reached near the door she saw that it was open. She opened it more and came inside.

"Kehara? " she could not see her anywhere. She started to walk inside the house.

"Kehara?"

"I'm here in the kitchen aunty."

She quickly made her way towards the kitchen. As soon as she entered the kitchen she gasped and covered her mouth with her right hand. She saw kehara was sitting on the floor with her hands holding her right foot carefully and the whole right foot covered in blood.
