Gym class came along and Tori looked forward to it. They were finally playing volleyball and she absolutely loved that sport. Her and this other girl named Mandy were the only girls on their team. Tori was going to do fitness instead of volleyball but the gym teacher convinced her to do it. There was a boy on her team, his name was Allen. He was very nice and very supportive of his team. He helped Tori out with the basics of the sport. He played for the high schools boys volleyball team. "Hey you know your actually pretty good." Allen said high fiving Tori. "Thanks!" Tori replied going for a serve. It went well over the net and a point was scored. Allen turned around, smiled and nodded his head. Allen and Tori became friends through their volleyball unit and if it wasn't for the gym teacher, they would have never became friends. Their volleyball team won that game and Allen and the rest of his teammates patted Tori on the back to congratulate her for doing so good. She walked with her friend Kerry and Allen stopped her. "Nice job kid." Allen said. "You too!" Tori replied. Her and Kerry walked into the locker rooms to change. Allen was a very nice kid. He was skinny, darkish hair and brown eyes. He was a sophomore. When they left the locker rooms, they stood near the cafeteria and waited for the bell to ring. Allen walked out with his girlfriend Susan. "They are so cute together." Tori said to Blair and Kerry. Allen and Susan have dated for a year and everyone thought they were cute together. He was very sweet to her and he would do anything he could for her. The bell rang and we all walked to our next class. Tori was looking forward to seeing Nathan in the hall. When she did, he was texting on his phone again, this time he didn't look too happy. She looked confused. He looked over at her and gave a quick head nod. That almost made her day. Seeing him always made her happy....she almost felt as if she was in love with him. At the time.

When last period came along Adrian asked for Tori's number. "Why? You have a girlfriend." Tori said. "No trust me it's funny." He replied. She gave him her number and he sent her a message which shut her phone off. "Oh my God, not one of those." Tori said rolling her eyes. There was a new thing going around the school which was, if you got a certain message sent to your phone it would automatically restart it. Tori hated it. Her friends were sending it to her all day. Adrian and Tori later on in the class went to go get their Sprites again. As they walked, Adrian spoke. "Tori your honestly one of the chilliest girls I ever met. Your honestly someone I could call my best friend." Adrian said. "So your like my guy best friend?" Tori asked. "Yeah Tori. You and my girlfriend are the only girls I actually like in this school." Adrian laughed. Tori laughed and put the money in the machine to get their sodas. Tori was dropping her change all over the floor. Adrian kept laughing while he picked it up. Britain was still talking with her friend Max so Tori just talked with Ryder and Adrian once they got back to class. Class was soon to be over so everyone lined up at the door. Adrian kept poking Tori in the back. "Cut it." She said. Once the bell rang, Tori and Britain went one way and Ryder and Adrian walked the other way. "Bye best friend!" Adrian shouted down the hall. "Bye Adrian!" Tori shouted back. "Now we both have guy best friends, you have max and I have Adrian." Tori said to Britain while they walked. "Yeah." Britain laughed. They walked down to the library and there was Nathan. "Look!" Tori gasped. Nathan looked over at them and smiled. Tori walked over. "It's snowing, aren't you cold?" Tori asked as she looked down at his khaki shorts. "No I'm fine." Nathan laughed. Tori laughed. "Oh there's my ride, see ya!" He said with a smile as he ran to his car. Britain and Tori laughed as they watched him run through cars like it was a maze. "Britain I really like him." Tori said staring in one direction. "Maybe a miracle will happen." Britain replied.
