"Ah crap I'm late!" I cry to myself as I sprint down the busy sidewalk and take sharp turns.

My alarm clock broke and my phone was on silent making me twenty minutes late for work.

I finally came to Rose Café/Club. On the outside there were outside eating tables with umbrellas in the center to block out the sun. Windows let passing consumers to look inside and see the unique furniture and the pleased expressions on others consumers faces. The food and drinks here are to die for! Never have I had coffee or sweets that made me want to kiss the baker and brewer before.

I walk in to see Bertholdt cleaning the tables while Annie was with a customer,permitting down their order.

"You're late, " she says not looking up from her notepad.

"Sorry." I replied grabbing my apron and wrapped it around my waist.

I knew I have to make it up to them. They helped me get this job which in fact saved my broke ass from being evicted from my apartment. I've been working her for a week and already I've been causing them nothing but trouble,especially Annie. Annie has been taking care of the things I messed up on and taking the blame.

I take the notepad out of her hands and look at the order. Quickly I take it to the counter and ring the bell and told the baker what pastry needed to be made. I then went over to the coffee maker and began making the coffee and added what was needed to make it sweet as honey.

"Order up." The baker says handing me the tray with the pastry. "Hey Eren,you staying tonight?" He asks.

"Hell ya, I'm not missing out on it. " I replied with a grin.

Tonight was dance night. The club is to open once type sun goes down which is about 6:30 p.m. Annie, Reiner,Bertholdt and I are to perform which I'm excited about. To dance in front of people has become a drug to me. The excitement to show off what I've improved on and inspire those who love choreography as much as I do,is really fun.

As the morning went by I made sure I worked extra hard so I won't be burden on my dance team.

"Easy there tiger, don't strain yourself. "Reiner chuckles seeing how I've been bouncing off the walls as I went from customer to customer.

"I know it's just you guys done so much for me, I want to return the favor. "I said looking at my feet.

"As long as you help us with dancing and win this competition then it's fine." Annie says sipping her coffee while on break.

Right,the competition. Every day days we've practiced for hours ,every step counts and if one messes up,the whole team is at the risk of losing. Annie made sure we all memorized each step to the point not only our brain rememders but our bodies as well.

Later that night everyone cleans up the cafe and heads over to the other part of the building where the club waits. It was much bigger that the cafe and was more fancy with designer equipment. The bar was to the left of the room as the booths were to the right and the stage was in the back.

The guys and I went to the men's changing room to get ready to perform which was to start in a half an hour. Annie wanted us to be ready in time once we step on the stage.

"Hey did you hear that a few dancers from the Wings Of Freedom are coming by?" Bertholdt asks as we finish changing.

"No this is news to me." I responded a pit surprised that a rival team would see another perform. Or it could be just to drink,I mean the liquor here is top notch.
