Revenge And Lies

Once Ventus and Vanitas got home, they were still alone. "Looks like we're still alone.." Ventus commented as he closed the front door behind him and took off his shoes. "Yeah looks like it, what do you want to do?" Vanitas asked as he finished taking off his shoes and walking past the shoes and door area. "Umm... We still have to finish our homework, wanna do it together?" Ventus as walking to the stairs. Vanitas shrugged and just followed the blonde upstairs to his room. Once they got to the room, they got out their homework and began working on them. Though it wasn't quiet, every minute the two would mess around and distract each other. After about three hours, a lot longer that it should've taken to finish, they were finally done. "That took too long..." Vanitas said stretching. "Well we could've gotten it done a lot quicker if you weren't throwing things at me!" Ventus said with his arms crossed. "Hey you started that pillow fight, so in my defense if you hadn't continued and made things more disrupting, than maybe we wouldn't have taken so long." Vanitas said with a playful shrug. "Oh shut up!" Ventus said as he threw a pillow at the raven's face. As the pillow made impact not a moment later, the two started message around with each other. At some moments they would share a few kisses, each one becoming more and more passionate than the one before.

Everything ended with Vanitas on top of Ventus with his hands of both sides of him on the floor. As the two stared into each other's eyes, Vanitas started to lean in, but to his annoyance, they were interrupted by the bedroom door opening swiftly. "Hey Ven, we need he-" Roxas said, but was cut off when he saw what was happening in front of him. Ventus and Vanitas looked at the other blonde before they quickly separated and ended up at a sitting position next to each other with Ventus having his hands in between his legs and looking down at the floor his face really flustered. Roxas rubbed the back of his head, "Uhhh.... I'll just go now..." he said as he stepped out backwards closing the door before leaning against it with a sigh. "That was interesting..." The raven teen said as he looks at the flustered expression on the blonde. Ventus stay quiet and continued to look at the floor.

Vanitas got up and held a hand out for Ventus to pull him up. Ventus turned his head up to look at him as he slowly reached for Vanitas' hand as their hands embraced each other. Vanitas pulled him up and continued to hold his hand which the two didn't mind. "Let's go downstairs and see whats going on." he suggested as Ventus nodded slightly in agreement, "Y...yeah." The two walked downstairs to see five pairs of eyes looking at them. Vanitas and Ventus looked at each other with a weird expression then back to their friends. "Uhh... Do we have something on our faces?" Ventus asked a nervously. "Nope!" Xion and Naminé said with big smiles. "O..k.. So what are you guys doing here?" Vanitas asked. "Well, we need help with our homework and since Ventus is the smart one, we decide to ask for help" Axel explained with a shrug. Ventus let out a sigh, "If you guys actually paid attention, you wouldn't have to ask me. Anyways, why are you deciding to ask me now and not earlier?" Ventus asked with his arms crossed. "Welll... We got sidetracked and lost track of time..." Sora said rubbing the back of his head with a nervous look. After a few seconds, Ventus let out another sigh before agreeing to help them. "Alright I'll help you guys." he said looking at Vanitas with an apologetic look that they couldn't spend more time alone with each other. 

Vantias looked back at him with a reassuring expression. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" The five teens chanted happily before getting out their homework and gathered around the table in front of the tv. Ventus sighed hopelessly before he and Vantias walked to their friends to help them out. Thankfully Vanitas decided to help him out or Ventus would've been their awhile trying to explain everything so they could understand for easily. After they were all done, it was probably close to about 10 o'clock. "Hey, you know what we should do tonight? Since Sora and Vanitas are already staying here for awhile, we should have a sleepover this week!" Axel suggested as everyone but Ventus and Vanitas cheered and agreed. "Alright, I'll take Xion and Naminé to their house so they can get their things on my way to mine. The two girls agreed to the plan as they and Axel walked out of the twin's house and went got into Axel's car and drove off. Ventus and Vanitas sighed at what was just decided. 

Don't get them wrong, they didn't mind, it was just that it was one thing after another and it was tiring the two out. Ventus leaned his back against the couch as Vanitas laid his head on his lap. The two looked at each other was a smile as they diverted their attention to the tv that was just turned on. "Expect to not get any sleep tonight you two!" Roxas said before he and Sora went into the kitchen to make some popcorn and pour bowls on snack for later. Ventus gestured Vanitas to said up as the raven boy complied and sat up. "I'll go make us some coffee." Ventus said as he got up and went into the kitchen. Now Vanitas was alone in the living room with only the tv on as he leaned his back and head against the couch closing his eyes. He opened his eyes again as he decided to scroll around the social  media. One thing that caught his eye was a post Larxenne posted. As he read through it he gritted his teeth. 

"I just saw my boyfriend today for the first time in forever! He's still as hot as ever! Though I can't even have a moment of peace with him anymore because there's this nobody that always gets in our love life that doesn't take the hint that he should just cease to exist. Will you wonderful people who go to Twilight High help me out so I can have some peace and quiet with my boyfriend once again so we can continue our love until the end of time? I would really appreciate your help ^^"

As Vanitas scrolled down, he saw so many people commenting on helping and many likes on the post. "These people are so gullible, they'll believe anything they read before even knowing the story..." he said to himself before deciding to just get out of the social media and dealing with it personally later tomorrow. Just as he set his phone faced down the table, Ventus placed a cup of black coffee in frony of him on the table. " I made sure to put a good amount of sugar just how you like it." Ventus said as he sat down beside the raven haired teen and taking a sip of his own coffee. "Thanks, I needed this.." Vanitas said taking a hold of the mug with both his hands looking at the reflection in his coffee. Ventus caught sight of it and set down his cup of coffee. "Is something wrong?" He looked at Vantias worriedly. 

Vanitas let out a sigh before looking at him reassuringly, "It's nothing bad, I just feel a little tired after everything today." Vanitas said hoping Ventus would just take that as an answer and leaving it at that. To his luck, Ventus did as the teen smiled a little. "Yeah, everything just happened so fast today..." Ventus agreed. as the two leaned in and shared a small but sincere kiss. They pulled away quickly as they heard the doorbell and Roxas rushing to get it. As Roxas opened the door, Axel, Xion, and Naminé walked in with their things and setting it down near the tv. And thus the sleepover began.

*Happy Late Valentine's Day! (This was supposed to come on yesterday, but I have no wifi at my place yet again) Hope everyone had a great day with their loved ones either family members, friends, or your boyfriend/girlfriend.
