So this is a time skip to the Halloween party

"You guys ready for tonight?" the redhead teen, Axel, asked excitedly. "Yeah, of course!" replied Shion. "Well just to remind you guys again, the party location is changed to Isa's place since his place is bigger. And remember, party starts at seven and you don't have to wear a costume if you don't want to. Although that only applies if you don't have a date. If you have a date, one of you has to wear a costume." Axel cited as the group nodded in understanding.

The friends waved to each other as they parted ways to get home and start getting ready. "I'll see you at six alright?" Vanitas said as they were in front of the Strife's household. "Y..yeah." Ventus said as they let go of each other's hands as Ventus walked up to the house door. " I'll meet you at your house ok?" Roxas said as Sora nodded and they gave each other a peck on the lips before the two Strife twins went inside as the other twins continued to walk home.

With Sora and Vanitas-

"So Vani, why are you meeting Ventus an hour early?" Sora asked his black haired twin as they left the Strife's household. "That's none of your business." Vantias replied not looking at his brother. "Awww come on Vani, you can tell me~" Sora said trying to get answers as he used the puppy dog eyes. Of course, as it has not worked before, it has not worked now.

Seeing that his weapon was not effective, he pouted and decided to not try anymore. After about a couple minutes they reached their home as they walked inside and split up to their respective rooms. Vanitas went over to his bed and laid down looking up at the ceiling with his hands behind his head. He closed his golden eyes as he let out a sigh from all the trouble there was the past couple weeks.

He opened his eyes again as he heard a vibrating noise coming from his phone. He looked at it as it was a message from Ventus, though it wasn't really directly to him. "For one of the smartest kids in school, I'm disappointed that he still hasn't figured it out yet..." Vanitas said to himself with a slight smile.

Ven: Hey umm, can you help me with something...?

Vani: Yeah, what is it?

Ven: So, uhhh well, I'm going to this Halloween party later, and I don't know what to wear, can you help me out? I mean you don't have to if you can't, it's a weird favor to ask I know. It's just that well.. I'm going with my boyfriend and I want to be in something that he will like. And since we're going as a couple, one of us has to wear a costume, and I highly doubt he will so yeah...

Vani: Hmm... Well I think he will like whatever you'll wear. If you still wonder what to wear, just ask him.

Ven:Well, we are going somewhere later, just about an hour before the party. Maybe I can ask him then?

Vani: Yeah that'll work, don't be afraid to ask him ok? I'm a hundred percent sure he won't mind helping you choose what to wear.

Ven: I hope so, thanks for the talk and advice, helped me a lot. I'm not panicking as much now.

Vani: No problem, anytime. Well I'm gonna go, see ya. Have fun at the party!

Ven: For sure, thanks again and see ya!

With that Vanitas put his phone on the bed table and started to think of what he would want the blonde to wear.

Time skip to six with Ventus-

Ventus ran downstairs as he heard the doorbell go off. He opened the door to see Vanitas as their eyes locked on to each others for a brief moment before they were interrupted by a voice. "Hey there Vanitas, here to take Ventus somewhere?" Tifa asked with a smile as she poked her head from the kitchen. "Yeah, we're just going somewhere to get something for the party later." Vanitas said as Ventus interlocked his fingers with his as he stood next to him in the doorway.  Cloud walked down the stairs and stood near Tifa, "Hey Vanitas, if you're taking Ven somewhere, make sure you take good care of him."
