*Warning, many kisses in this chapter, hold onto your socks*

Present Day

After getting reports from Indra, I pull Clarke into my tent once we arrive in Tondisi. "Looks like we have maybe two hours, give or take, before the Ice Nation gets here. I have already informed my warriors, and now all that is left to do is wait."

Clarke nods and pulls me into a hug. "You can do this. I believe in your skills as a leader to convince their queen not to start war. Plus, how could you lose if you have the strength of 11 armies on your side?"

"It's not that simple. Their army is almost as big as ours. Starting war with them could mean death for thousands." I pull her over to my bed, not wanting to talk about it any longer. "We have two hours until they arrive, and until then, I do not want to talk about this topic. How about we just do this," I leave a feathery kiss on her mouth, seeing what she does with it.

Smiling, she says, "Oh, so we're gonna play it like that then, huh?" She pushes me down onto the bed and hovers over me, leaving a trail of kisses down my neck.

"You are such a tease," I say, laughing.

"But I'm an adorable tease and you know it." I bring her face back up to mine and kiss her like there's no tomorrow. Her hand slips under my shirt onto my stomach, sending shock waves throughout my entire body. This feeling that's inside me, I've never felt like this before. She has changed me, and I really love her for it.

Her hand moves farther up, and I can't take it any longer. I pull my shirt off over my head and throw it to the ground. She kisses me again, this time though, it is more aggressive than before. I pull away for a breath, "It is not fair that my shirt is off and yours is not." She laughs and takes her shirt off as well, leaving both of us topless.

"Do you know how much I love you?" Clarke asks in between kisses.

"How much?"

"To the moon and back," I smile, and flip us over so that I was the one on top.

I pause my kisses on her neck and look at her."That is impossible. I love you so much because you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I don't think anything would ever change that. And maybe a little farther than the moon. Maybe the sun."

Her eyes lit up, which was so adorable I almost 'awed' at the sight of it. She pulled me down to her, kissing me lightly. Her kisses were everything. It was like a million feathers brushing up against you. Most of the time they were gentle and sweet, other times they were more aggressive and hungry. You couldn't compare Clarke to anyone or anything, she was just. . . she was just so amazing in every way. So unique.

I felt one of her hands move around to my rear and squeeze, causing me to gasp into her mouth, allowing her to slip her tongue inside and battle for dominance. I gave her the upper hand and let her do as she pleased. She rolled us over, so she was on top once again. Clarke moved farther down my stomach, leaving small but not-so-innocent kisses as she went. I closed my eyes and bit my lip, trying not to moan again.

Then, being very aware of the time and what we were doing right now, I made the tough decision to end it there. "No Clarke, stop. Not right now," I said, half laughing half being serious. I pulled her back up to me and flipped us over so I was now on top. "Clarke, we can't." I bent down and kissed her neck slowly, and then made my way up to Clarke's lips.

"Why not?" She whined against my mouth. She tried to roll back over, but was stopped and found that she was pinned there by my legs. I laughed at this.

"Because, I am the Commander, and if we do this now, I will be late to the meeting of the clans." Clarke sighed and looked to the door.

"Oh my god someone's coming!" Clarke yelled, and I immediately got up and freed her. But before I knew it, I was the one being pinned down to the bed. "I was totally kidding, I only wanted to do this." Clarke kissed me passionately, slowing only for a breath every now and then. Eventually, she made her way down, kissing my neck and then down to the middle of my chest. I closed my eyes and failed to hold in a moan, making Clarke smile as she went along.

"Clarke. . ." I pleaded. "We must stop, it is nearly time to. . . it is nearly time for the meeting."

Clarke sighed, sitting up and whispering, "Fine, but you are making this so much more difficult than it has to be." I sat up as well, and looked at Clarke. I truly did love her, even when feelings were supposed to be weakness. They are my weakness, I thought. Clarke stood up and helped me off of the bed.

"We could continue this later, I suppose," I said with a seductive grin. I kissed Clarke lightly on the cheek and then returned to my tough, Commander self. I went and put on my war paint retrieved my shirt from the floor, and turned to look at Clarke, my love, one last time before leaving. Clarke nodded, knowing it would be several hours before we would see each other again. I couldn't bare the thought of being apart any longer than we had been in the last few days. Now in Commander mode, I left the tent with a hardened look on my face, going into a meeting that could possibly be about starting a war.
