"I never thought I'd see you again carrot boy" I smiled "Same with you Walmart girl" he beamed The Irish guy just stood there looking confused Then carrot boy and him exchanged a look and his facial expression changed to all knowing "So...he's the one whose heart is broken" I pointed to carrot boy but asked Irish leprechaun he nodded and I continued "It sure doesn't look like it" "Well I found some good candy so I'm good now" carrot boy replied Just then I saw from across the store my new boss glaring at me "W-would you like me to check you guys out?" I stuttered as I was afraid of my boss "Love there's no need to ask" carrot boy replied as he wriggled his eyebrows and I laughed "Not like that!" I added while Irish leprechaun said "Yes please" I checked them out and their total was $55.60 "I can't believe you guys bought this much candy" I said "Niall here has an abyss that is also known as his stomach" said carrot boy...so his names Niall...I laughed again "Interesting...well bye!" I waved them off and Niall replied with "See you around" While carrot boy said "Want to help us eat all of this candy?" I bit my lip "I ah can't I don't get off work until 11 tonight, sorry" he looked sad "Oh okay another time then" and left As soon as the doors closed my boss walked up to me, oh crap.
Louis's POV
"I'm sad she couldn't come with us to hang out and eat candy but super happy that I found her again!" I said to Niall as we were on the way back to the flat "What's her name lad?" he asked as I opened my mouth to answer but closed it as soon as I figured out I didn't know "I...ahh" I stuttered "You don't know do you" I shook my head disappointed at how stupid I could be sometimes
Olivia's POV
Fired twice in one week...this is the worst fucking thing that could've happened to me, to my family! For stupid reasons too! I don't even know how Mom is doing at the bakery! My hope is slowly crumbling down. Maybe Anne can give me a job!
*At home*
"Olivia!" screamed Henry and Hope "Hey guys! Why aren't you at school?" I asked worried "It's Saturday" replied Hope "Oh that makes sense" I laughed it off "Did you guys eat lunch yet?" "No" stated Henry "Why don't I make you guys spaghetti-o's?" "Okay" they said in unison sounding disappointed I sighed "I know it seems that all we eat is spaghetti-o's but it's all we can afford guys" They both shook their heads and walked towards the kitchen
Simon's POV
"Congratulations Jim you're our new executive assistant." I beamed "Thanks so much boss!" we shook hands and he left I hope the lads don't get too mad that the girl they wanted wasn't picked
Harry's POV
I decided to visit my Mum since today is mine and the lads' day off. I walked into the bakery and saw a familiar face "Excuse me do you know where Anne Cox is?" I asked politely "Who is asking?" she replied "Her son" Her jaw dropped "Harry is that really you? My boy you have grown so much!" I smiled sheepishly Who is this woman that looks slightly familiar "Do you remember me? Mrs. Maxwell, your Mum and I were best friends when you were little." Now it was my turn for my mouth to drop "Mrs. Maxwell I didn't recognize you! It's so nice to see you again!" I hugged her over the counter She smiled "So you were looking for your Mum? She's right around back and maybe you and Liv can catch up sometime? She hasn't had any fun in...since...since school ended." That's two years...Wow is she serious? I managed a smile "That would be fantastic! Do you still live in your old house?" "Yes we do! Stop by whenever you want!" she exclaimed as I thanked her and went to go find my Mum
