Hi I'm Justin Bieber. They say- and by they I mean psychologist- that it takes 21 days to break a habit. 21 whole days. That's 21 days of yourself being out of your comfort zone. That's 21 days of doing things you aren't accustomed to. I don't know if you're aware of this but 21 days is almost a complete month. That means you're changing your ways until it becomes your ways.

In the beginning I thought it was bullshit, the whole 21 days thing, but now I'm a believer. Let me take you on a journey on how to break a bad habit and find new ones to catch on to.
