Chapter 13: Catch the Riolu!

Prower's P.O.V.

We went back to the guild after finding Tetley and a still crying Atlas.

"Hey did you two find the thief?" Tetley asked us and I just turned my attention over to Atlas.

"Well Prower found him but..." Getsu trailed off as he noticed I wasn't paying attention.

"You froze up didn't you?" Tetley asked me and I just stayed focused on the crying Atlas.

"Yeah..." I said quietly.

"Damn that is annoying but it doesn't mean we can't catch him." Tetley said with a smile.

After our little chat we started walking back to the guild and when we got there we went straight to our room... Well we went there like we usually would.
"So how do we catch this 'master thief' he is pretty fast judging by how quick he got away." Tetley said trying to plan for catching the riolu.

"Well we could let another group do it." I heard Atlas say... Tetley gave him a glare.

"No we got the request and we have to do it... And a good idea would be to catch him in the act... Maybe we could set a trap." Getsu suggested.

"Yeah that is a good idea and the trap could be some gold objects or expensive items... We reel him in then catch him red pawed." Tetley said happily.

"That could work... Although more action could be fun too." Getsu said and then I just shuttered.

"The action will happen when we catch him... We have to set the trap at night though as that is when he is most active by the sounds of it." Tetley explained and Getsu nodded.

"A-a-at night are you kidding! That would be dangerous!" Atlas yelled whilst still tied to a post.

"Well it is gonna be four against one thief and as you will have us there with you atlas you don't have to worry so much." Tetley explained to him and I just turned away.

"I can't help I froze up... It is bound to happen again as well." I said to Tetley.

"Look you and Atlas need to understand that to conquer your fear you need to face it head on... You wanna know something when I was a young eevee I had a major case of stage fright... Probably as bad as Atlas... Anyway I always got scared on stage but eventually I got passed that as I evolved." Tetley told Atlas and I.

"I didn't know that..." Atlas said crying a little.

"That is cause I was in the troupe longer than you were Atlas but if I could get over my crippling stage fright then you both can get over being scared and timid all the freaking time." Tetley said with a smile.

"How do I know your not just saying that?" I asked as I wasn't convinced of tetley's story.

"I wouldn't lie about that... I use that as a way of building you both up." Tetley said with a convincing smile... He didn't look like he was lying.

Getsu and Tetley went on with planning and I just stayed silent... And atlas well he was surprisingly silent.

I looked over to Atlas and saw he was asleep... Guess crying all the day had tired him out.

"Okay so the plan is set and just to put it into action." Getsu said and Tetley nodded.

"Can't I just stay here?" I asked and then Atlas woke up.

"No if this plan is to work it will involve us all." Tetley said.

"Nooooo I won't go! I won't go!" Atlas yelled and then he started struggling in the rope.

"Simmer down atlas you will have us there with you... Now one last thing we need to organise costumes." Tetley said with a smile.

"We don't have costumes cause this isn't a play." Getsu said with a sigh.

"Aww that is no fun." Tetley said pouting a little.

"It might not be fun but that doesn't matter." Getsu said to Tetley.

"Fine... Let's go set the trap shall we." Tetley said grabbing the rope atlas was tied in.

"Okay now Prower and I will grab the stuff for the trap and you and Atlas will find a spot for it to be set up." Getsu told us.

"Roger that... Also remember to be sneaky." Tetley said in a greninja like voice.

"Okay... Alright let's do this." Getsu said happily and then we set out.

Getsu and I went to grab some quite expensive objects from the guild's treasure storage.

"Are you sure this is okay?" I asked Getsu quietly.

"Don't worry we will return this stuff." Getsu whispered back.

We bagged a few more things and then set off to where atlas and Tetley were.

"Okay we got the bait and let's hide and wait." Getsu said and then Getsu and Tetley set up a net and trip wire like thing... I really didn't think this would work.

We hid in the bush near the trap and then we saw the thief approach the trap.

"Now who would set out all these goodies unattended... Oh well they are all mine now." The riolu said and then he approached the trap and tripped the net trap.

"Huh what the hell is this!" He yelled squirming and becoming more and more squirrelly.

"We just caught you!" Getsu and Tetley yelled and then they pounced on the riolu and Atlas and I stayed hidden in the bush area.

"Hey you two could help us!" Tetley yelled at us but I just acted like I didn't hear him and Atlas fell asleep this time not waking up from Tetley yelling.
