Chapter 26: Make it through the bluff.

Prower's POV

It was the next day and we had packed completely for the adventure although i felt a little scared about it.

"So you newbies ready for this?" Capricorn asked us as we walked to the path leading out of town.

"So ready and we got plenty of sleep so no worries." Getsu said looking pumped.

"Hey you are wearing your team outfits still?" Capricorn said curiously.

"They are comfy so of course we would still wear them." Tetley said smiling.

"Okay then so the cave is about a day's distence away but inbetween here and there is a place called stoic bluff and it is a long trip through there." Capricorn told us.

"Yeah dont worry we can handle that." Getsu said but i am not really feeling like this is a good idea.

"Okay well dont get too cocky." Capricorn said smiling. "I dont want newbies showing me up." Capricorn said with a smirk.

"Well i am leader of this team so whom will be the show off will be me." Getsu said with a smirk but i was uneasy.

I kept thinking as we walked on the path and honestly with everything going on in my head i just wish i could rest at the guild. 'Well now i guess that you truly have broken yourself.' A voice in my head said.

"So we walk on this way." Capricorn said pointing the way but tetley stopped him. "Here wear this." Tetley gave capricorn a black outfit with zoroark fur pattern.

"Thanks?" Capricorn looked at tetley then went and put on the outfit and it really suit him.

"Onward." Getsu said walking along the path humming a tune.

"How is he so happy?" I asked out loud.

"Guess cause he gets a chance to show off." Tetley said smiling.

"We get a chance to show off more like it... we as a team." Getsu said smirking to us.

For some reason when getsu said that i felt less nervous and less worried.

I had my mega stone with me at least but without a key stone i cant mega evolve at will though and well i only was able to mega evolve after certain events so i might be useless in this place.

"Thinking about something?" Capricorn asked me and i turned to him.

"Yeah about my mega evolution." I told him and capricorn just looked at me.

"It is pretty odd that you are able to do that and well it makes you a lot stronger and even i had trouble when you used it although you dont have a key stone so then how does it work?" Capricorn asked and i just gave him a blank look.

"If i knew that i wouldnt be thinking about it would i." I said back to capricorn.

"Yeah true." Capricorn said running ahead of me to where getsu was.

'Hmm well whatever the case may be this stone allows me to mega evolve and with that well i am confident and strong and all that stuff.' I thought to myself but then i felt faint.

I passed out suddenly... what the hell keeps happening to me.

Getsu's POV

I turned back and saw prower passed out and i ran to him. "Prower!" I heard tetley shout and capricorn ran up to us as well.

"I dont think he is okay... prower's breathing is a little weak." I said with concern as i looked at the first true friend i had.

I kept watching prower as we made a small camp near the bluff. "Okay so with prower the way he is now we simply cant make progress so we rest here." Capricorn said and i nodded.
