Guess who's back?!(: I am really sorry about the extremely long wait, basketball and track consumed literally my entire school year, every vacation I had, I had to be at school for practice, even Saturdays. But anyways I'm gonna kinda rush this chapter so I can get to the next one which I'm excited for. This one is only going to cover some rough patches but who should Rose stay with?

Chapter 26

Rose's P.O.V

The weeks went by. I've seen less and less of him each week. He no longer does lunch detention, he goes in the morning now. At least that's what I hear. I see him after school for detention of course, but he won't talk to me. I don't have detention anymore. Graduation is in five days, then I might see him.

Things between Jason and me have been great, at least I think they have. I haven't really been paying attention.

"Wooo hooo!!! Graduation tomorrow! Can you believe that Jason, tomorrow you're out of here! Good riddance!" Josh yelled as he cannon balled into the pool.

Jason rolled his eyes and grabbed my hand. Then before I knew it, he pushed me into the pool! I grabbed onto him before I fell in. We both fell in laughing.

"Has anyone seen Trey?" John asked.

My laughter stopped.

"No, he's been bailing on everything too." Josh replied. "What are you doing Shelby?"

"Tanning, oh and texting Trey." She set her phone down on the table beside her chair and continued to tan. Her phone beeped and vibrated.

"He said he's leaving early for California but he'll be back at the beginning of August and we should all do something."

"Alright fine with me," Josh said.

"Same here!" John agreed.

"What do you say Rose?" Jason asked me.

"Oh, that, that sounds great." I gave a week smile.

Jason's and John's graduation was here. I put on a dress that had a stripe pattern and a belt at my waist. I had brown sandals and my hair curled. This was after all a special occasion. Before I headed out I grabbed his neatly wrapped present.

Sitting in the white wooden chairs I cheered as Jason's name was called. He walked up on stage, took hold of the rolled up paper and of Mr. Williams hand, he smiled at the photographer then singled me out of the crowd and winked. I beamed at him. This was his moment. The rest of the names were called, I clapped at the names especially when John's was called. After grabbing the blank paper he walked to the front of the stage put his hands in the air and shouted.

"I'd like to thank Ms. Gomez for being so damn sexy! And-" He was cut off when the principal grabbed him by arm and pulled him in the direction of leaving the stage. The crowd laughed while some guys whistled, even the girls hollered. I looked to Ms. Gomez who was sitting towards the back of the stage with the rest of the teachers, she was blushing feverishly. Even I took part in the hollering. The names continued.

When the ceremony was over I went looking for Jason. He spotted me instantly. He grinned and held his arms open for me. I smiled and ran to him. He picked me up and spun me around as I laughed.

Trey's P.O.V

I saw them. He was spinning her around her head back with laughter. He set her down and kissed her full on the lips. She pulled away from him, but jokingly and said something. Then she handed him a box. He smiled and pulled her to him again. John all of a sudden came and pulled them apart, hanging his arms on both of them. Jason punched him in the arm, not hard enough to hurt him. Josh and Shelby went to the group, they congratulated Jason and John while greeting Rose. Well now or never. I walked towards them. Shelby noticed me first.

"Trey!" She ran to me and hugged me. "Where have you been?!"

"Yeah what the fuck man?" John asked while hugging me also.

"Hey congrats."

John smiled at me. "Yeah, thanks."

I looked at Jason. "Graduating, I always knew you were to smart for us."

"Yeah I always thought so too," Jason joked and hugged me.

"I graduated too," John mumbled. I rolled my eyes.

"Congrats though."

"Thanks."

I greeted Josh with a nod, "I see you still can't keep your girl off me."

Josh snickered. "And I still don't know why I missed you."

I grinned and have him a manly hug. Then I looked at Rose.

"Hi Rose."

"Hi," she was looking at me curiously with her big brown eyes.

"Wait I thought you were leaving for California early?" Shelby asked.

"I was, but how could I leave and not see my best friend graduate?"

"So when are you leaving?" Josh asked.

"Tonight." Rose's head snapped up.

"So soon?" Jason questioned.

"Yeah, I'm lucky I got it extended a day."

"You'll miss the party," Shelby pouted.

"Sorry to cut in but I have Annabelle time to say bye to get students so we're gonna get out of here now. See you in August bro," John hugged me. "I'll see the rest of you at the party." Everyone said their byes to him as he walked away.

"I've partied with you guys enough to last me a life time and any how there will be more parties when I get back."

"And I'll never forget all you little people!" We looked to see John standing on top of the fountain. We all laughed especially when we saw Ms. Gomez pulling on his arm to get down.

"I think you guys will have enough fun with that one partying." I said pointing at John.

"Group hug!" Shelby yelled. We all hugged.

"Okay enough mushy stuff for me," I pulled away.

"You always ruin my fun," Shelby mumbled crossing her arms.

"Bye you guys." I turned and made my way through the crowd of crying girls and families. I made my way to my car and got in. I looked back, all my stuff was packed and in the back. I started the engine and started driving to meet my family in California.
